The room was infested with ants. The staff gave us a can of bug spray. Not much to do while we were there.

Good value for money. Apartment has everything you need and the area around - also. Pool area is surrounded by greenery which gives you tropical jungle feeling even though you are basically in urban area. Good infrastructure. I liked that they have secured roofed parking on the area.

We had an amazing time and enjoyed the beautiful apartment & the pool!! Great team and very helpful! Perfect for kids!

Loved the pool area and having a kitchen, Staff where lovely and super helpful. It was perfect for us as we just wanted a super chill few days to hang out with family. Lots of bugs but the location of the flat is the reason nothing to do with the resort itself and facilities are super basic again enough for us but maybe not some. Supermarket at the entrance was amazing but beware of its super high prices.

Clean, comfortable and quiet! Pool is beautiful with a warerfall and lots of pretty plants all around the property. Supermarket is right next door. Freddy will help you with whatever you need.

This beautiful property is in a quiet area, just steps from a supermarket and a short walk to Flamingo Beach. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, the bed is comfy, the air conditioning is refreshing, and the pool is right at your doorstep. Frederick is a welcoming and helpful host. I loved my stay and will definitely return!

Fredrick, the manager and his team were friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartment is large with a wrap-around balcony, which was perfect for enjoying a drink and cigar without bothering anyone. The property is up a private road and is super quiet. The beds were comfortable, there was always hot water, and the AC was excellent.

Very nice welcome from Frederick, the host & owner. Easy car parking in shade. Apartment / room was large, with kitchenette, which was useful. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Easy to locate on the road into Playa Flamingo.

Spacious accommodation with lounge, well equipped kitchen and comfortable balcony to sit out on overlooking the pool. Frederick and Nancy were brilliant and friendly hosts. Nancy even used her superb sewing skills to fix a hole in our hire car seat….above and beyond expected service. Well stocked supermarket next door to property. Walking distance to 3 restaurants on the beach (great for sunsets) and a short drive to Flamingo and Conchal (the best) beach. This was our 6th accommodation during our 3 week trip around Costa Rica and was one of our favourites. Recommend without hesitation.
