“Really nice apartment in a location that was close to all needs.”
Would have been good to know before booking rules around pool area? Had two confrontations with residents regarding my lack of knowledge off these rules and it was done very aggressively by the first resident.The pool was salt water so had I known this and pool rules before hand probably would have looked elsewhere.Apartment was really modern clean and nice though.

“Beautiful clean apartment close to La Zenia Boulevard”
Host was accomodating and responded quickly to conversations prior to arrival regarding key collection. Apartment beautiful, clean, spacious and close proximity to supermarkets and large shopping complex. Stayed here with my 3 young children and felt safe and secure in this gated community. Easy walk to La Zenia beach (20mins). Pool area great for families, clean, shaded areas and plenty of space to sunbathe. Would definitely like to return here in the future.
