We had to leave this accommodation on the same day we arrived because the shower was leaking and the boiler couldn’t provide enough hot water for two people to shower one after the other. Unfortunately, the landlord was not very cooperative, but we escalated the issue to Booking and received a refund.

Hello. I really want to recommend this apartment. Because the apartment is very clean. You will find everything you need in the kitchen for a comfortable stay there. Excellent bed, great mattress and good bed linen. The pool is great! The store and the beach are nearby. The owner is a great woman!

Natalia very welcoming and made us feel comfortable straightaway. The apartment has everything you need, is clean and the pools are maintained very well as is the whole property. Good location to go to the main strip of restaurants and shops but set back enough to have some calm!

Sadly in the late evening of the third day stay we found in the appartment many cockroaches. With this respect we informed the owner and left in the morning - we organized the stay for next days with a new accomodation. Communication from the owner stopped when we informed her of the situation. Owner was not even agreeing on a compensation of the costs. After escalation to booking.com and at least 10 emails owner agreed on a very small cost compensation. We still today can not believe of the unacceptable situation we went through.
