Great view from the balcony, apartment was very clean and in a well managed apartment block. Hosts very punctual to meet us to give the key. Pool was very clean, easy to get sunbeds at any time of the day. Nice little extras in the apartment (condiments/toiletries/beach umbrella) which make a short stay very easy. It’s in the quieter end of Las Americas, borders Costa Adeje which provides further choice for restaurants.

You will find fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tv, WiFi, beach umbrella. Apartment was very clean and new with an amazing ocean view. multiple shops and restaurants around

This appartment seems newly renovated, everything is clean and new. It has all necessary kitchen utensils, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bed and sofa are comfortable. The balcony is spacious enough and offers a wonderful view because the appartment is located on the 11th floor. The building is nice and tidy, it has a nice lobby with armchairs and an entrance to the pool. The pool is clean and well maintained, there are plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas available. The location is great, a few minutes' walk to the beach. Right next to it is a supermarket and many restaurants and cafes. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, Siam Park is also accessible on foot. We had a pleasant stay, we highly recommend this appartment.

The view from the apartment was AMAZING! Centrally located in Costa Adeje, minutes away from the beach. You can walk along the coast till Playa Fanabe on the right and till Los Cristianos on the left. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay with 2 small kids! Highly recommended!

“Amazing place to stay for a month in Costa Adeje for young family”

We stayed at the property for 1 month as a family with 2 small kids so we got a pretty good impression of the apartment. I'll try put it in few words - the location is great for families as it is in a quiet place in Costa Adeje but at the same time there is Bobo Beach ~200 meters away and the amazing Troya Beach is a quick 10mins walk away. There is a supermarket just downstairs and there are decent places to eat nearby. The apartment itself is recently renovated, everything is fairly new (which is not common in the area), and has all the things you might need - even when staying with the whole family. I saw some comments about the beds being not comfy, but the owners have addressed it and the bed has had an extra mattress added - now it's really comfy! To add on top of it all - the apartment has a balcony and the view from it is amazing - the apartment is on the top floor so it has a view of the ocean and La Gomera island, also you can see the rest of Adeje and even you can see mountains on the side. The hosts also addressed our extra requirements and were really nice with communication - which definitely adds to the overall experience. All in all - really great place to stay - clean, comfy, well equipped, perfect location and breathtaking view. Definitely recommended!
