Everything was fine, clean and well- equippet.

The Agent met us at the gate and was in constant communication during our stay via whatsapp. The agent confirmed with us throughout and even gave a us a courtesy call the day after to see how we slept and if there was anything they could do. On the day of departure our Agent helped carry our luggage and was a great service and perfect attitude. The bathrooms were exquisite and the general condition of the rooms were at a very high standard. The bungalow was designed with taste and the quirky mix use of crockery was charming. All the furniture were of very good quality.

“A wonderful week”

Central location. Very nice, modern bungalow with 3 bedrooms that all have their own bathroom and AC. Plenty of kitchen stuff including salt, sugar and spices. Nice beds and a wonderful garden with plenty of chairs and tables. The place was easy to find and Daniel met us upon arrival with 2 set of keys. The place looks exactly like the pictures in the ad.

We choose Billa Mateo twice a year, every year. It is like a home from home. Close to all amenities, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Great quality villa, with everything you could want! Perfect.

It was very comfortable and clean and we really liked the privacy of the garden.

The Villa is very well equipped and with three bedrooms has plenty of room. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed garden with sun loungers and plenty of comfortable seating. The hosts of the property are extremely helpful and on hand should you need to contact them. The location is excellent within a stroll to the beach and nearby chapperall and Yumbo centre. Thank you for a great stay.

“Lovely bungalow! Would stay all summer”

Lovely bungalow with a beautiful garden to sunbathe and spend the day outside. The rooms are big with each their own air conditioning and bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen and has its own personal laundry room with all necessary to wash your clothes. Towels are given as well. Comfy seating both inside and outside. No noise whatsoever so relaxing time guaranteed.

The location is great to get around Playa / Mapalomas. The immediate surroundings are quieter,and the outdoor space at the property makes it a great little haven to escape to after a day out. The design, high standard of amenities and amount of space you get for you money, make this property the perfect choice for a group / family.

Very friendly welcome from Caroline, who communicated with us before, during and after our stay. The house was spotless and has a lovely private garden. Enjoyed the communal pool area and loads of amenities close by.

“Beautiful place”

The villa was lovely and clean with all the utensils you needed and the garden was so cute. Barbara and Mario met us at the villa and were both so friendly. We couldn’t get the safe to work and Mario came round straight away to help us. Each room had its own bathroom which was a definite plus.

The pictures don’t do justice to Villa Mateo, it’s even better! The garden is simply amazing! and Barbara, the host, is such a lovely lady.

Very very friendly host and a amazing house. Every room has its own bathroom and there is even a extra shower and toilet (5 showers and 4 toilets total)! Everything was incredibly clean and the furniture is very nice.
