We stay here every year as a group of 8-10. We love it. We are actually staying there twice this year. Lidl is just down the road which kept us supplied with drink and food for bbqs etc. We paid the extra to have the pool heated for the first time this year and it made such a difference. Well worth the extra money.

I have been with my 7 friends for NYE, staying at Fabio's accommodation. I would say that the location is amazing, especially if you’re coming with a group of friends. You have a pool that can be heated, just make sure to plan it in advance so it’s warm in time. The location is also very close to Playa de Ingles, as you’ll see. There’s a Lidl nearby, and if you’re planning a BBQ night, everything you need is right there. Fabio was really great and even allowed us a late check-out. They were also incredibly helpful in recovering our €300 deposit through the bank calling, following up, and resolving the situation very quickly, which we truly appreciated. “Lovely family stay”

While a little dated, the villa is very spacious and it easily housed all of 6 of us. We used the bbq & pool area quite a lot & the waterfall is a nice touch but does need to be requested if this is something you would like on during your stay. Our host was amazing & was no more than a message away. He even helped sort us out with taxis from the property as the better bars and restaurants are further afield. Lidl is a couple minutes drive which was very helpful to pop to when needed.

Villa was perfect, plenty of space and pool was great. Whilst a 15 min walk to the centre it suited us perfectly with a food store just a few minutes away. It was easy to get out in the car and visit the attractions and beaches. Host was welcoming, helpful and would definitely stay again.

Overall, Villa Livisi provides excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. To have a 4 bedroom villa, with 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a private pool is a real positive with the property. The living space is bright and airy, the kitchen has all of the essentials that you need in terms of pots, pans, and platewear. Asides from these, kitchen was empty. When we left we left key condiments like salt, pepper, oil, sugar etc for whomever enjoyed the villa after us. Its location is good, particularly if you don’t mind getting around on foot. If not, taxis are quick and reasonably priced. Despite being adjacent to the motorway, it really doesn’t interfere too much at all. There are plenty of shops very near by- Lidl is a 3 min walk, the cash and carry is worth a visit and mercado and spar a 7-8 min walk. The pool and the garden really are the highlight of the property. After a day out and about, or at the beach, it was simply lovely to be able to come back and enjoy the pool.

The property was incredible, excellent condition and very near to Lidl so easy to get in groceries. Also only a 15 minute walk from the hub of bars and restaurants.

The property was conveniently located near to Lidls so made it super easy to get everything that we needed. We loved the pool area which had plenty of sunshine and shade if needed all day long.

Everything was as it was said. The villa was very clean. Air condition worked. The pool was very nice. The host was friendly and helpful. There was nothing to complain about.

Arrived the first day been told need to pay 300euro deposit. After left the villa on the 31 August until today the 28 September I'm still chasing my deposit. The guy called Franco I believed is the Co-owner I have been tried call him since we left asking for my money back but no answering text messages no reply. I have made complaint via booking.com customer service today and they will let me know in the next a few days so fingers crossed!!! At the end of the day only 300euro it won't effect my life but I'm just shocked the way how the owner treat their customer by not taking phone call and text for no reasons!!! How booking.com even allowed these people listed their property I will never know!!!!!

Lots of space. Pool and outside area fantastic, provided shade or sun all day. Short walk to Lidl. Comfortable beds.

Advertised with Jacuzzi, which wasn’t there. There was no bath either. Swimming pool not heated, water very cold. Didn’t use it. Won’t book with booking.com again as they have ignored our request to cancel the booking few days before travelling as we have contacted the host who advised that the amenities where not actually as advertised. Scammers!
