A lovely quiet apartment in a great location. Close to everything you need in the area plus a private pool that we more or less had to ourselves. Fred was a fantastic host and couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely be booking again. :)

A cozy apartment in the center of Playa de Ingles. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, bath, and a big terrace with a great view. In the kitchen, you can find everything to prepare a small meal. It was clean and quiet. In the backyard, there is a big garden with a swimming pool, also clean and quiet. The host is very friendly and answers quickly all your answers. We will definitely come back!

The apartment was comfortable, clean, practical and in the perfect location for the beach restaurant and central Playa del Ingles Fred was excellent in communicating and could not do enough for us while we were there

Outstanding in every way, host met us on the street and led us in, He explained everything from the TV to the washing machine. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, very well equipped kitchen, stunning views from the balcony, many supermarkets and restaurants below, short walk to Cita, Yumbo and Sandia centers, bus stop is only one minute walk away. The complimentary wine, beer and water a lovely touch. Fred is a fantastic host and is contactable at any time, we will definitely return, without doubt the best apartment we have rented.

“Amazing apartment in the heart of Playa de Ingles”

The apartment was exactly as advertised- everything a person / couple needs for a get away in Playa de Ingles. Fred kindly stocked the fridge with complimentary water, beer and wine. Balcony over looking the lush palm trees of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean sat on top. Sunset on the balcony was amazing. The swimming pool is immaculately maintained and a great place to cool off. Our hosts were excellent. They were attentive to check all was ok without ever feeling overbearing. We really appreciated the late check out too having a later flight. Location wise perfect with many restaurants to suit all budgets near by. 5 mins walk to the dunes. Brilliant value for money too - we loved our stay.
