A Wonderful Return to Sunset Apartment – Even Better the Second Time! Our second stay at the Sunset Apartment was just as perfect as the first – if not even better! Laurent and Panos once again proved to be exceptional hosts: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It truly feels like coming home when we arrive here. This time, besides enjoying the spotless, beautifully decorated apartment and the stunning sunset views from the balcony, we also explored more of the neighborhood. We discovered fantastic new restaurants with delicious local dishes, as well as great shopping opportunities just a short walk away. The location really makes it easy to combine relaxation with exciting new experiences. The apartment remains a haven of comfort – quiet, cool thanks to the excellent air conditioning, and with top-quality mattresses that guarantee a great night’s sleep. Everything is perfectly maintained and thoughtfully equipped, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. We left with even more wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. A Dream Stay at the Sunset Apartment – Absolutely Recommended! Our stay at the Sunset Apartment was simply fantastic! Laurent and Panos are outstanding hosts – warm, helpful, and incredibly professional. We felt welcome from the very first moment. The apartment itself is a true oasis of comfort: modern, stylish, and decorated with great attention to detail. Everything was spotless, perfectly equipped, and the view from the balcony during sunset was absolutely breathtaking – hence the name "Sunset Apartment." We especially appreciated the top-quality mattresses – we slept wonderfully – and the excellent, modern air conditioning systems that kept the apartment pleasantly cool, even on hot days. The location is ideal – central but quiet, with everything within walking distance: beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife. Despite being close to the action, the apartment offered complete peace and relaxation. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. This was one of our best vacations on Gran Canaria, thanks in large part to this amazing accommodation and the wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back – 100% recommended!

“Perfect stay”

It's not very often that I write reviews, but this apartment deserves its 10 rating. It is located in a convenient and communicative location, with a view of the sunset over Meloneras, just a few minutes' walk from many restaurants and the dunes. The apartment has been recently renovated in a modern and tasteful way. It has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso capsule machine, hotplates and enough crockery and kitchen utensils. The second bedroom can be used as a study with a monitor. Pleasant pool in the complex with sunbeds and free private parking.
