Nice pool , also kids splash pool. Family two room with terrace was big and comfortable. The buffet lunch and dinner was good and had a lot of variety , my favorite was the salad bar and the desserts! The animation at the pool were also very friendly and it was fun.

“A huge thank you to the team and the gentleman on reception on Saturday who booked us a taxi to the airport.”
We had to stay at this hotel last minute for one night due to a medical emergency. The staff team were exceptionally supportive and helpful, Cristina on the desk when we arrived at 10pm was wonderful

Hotel is nice and big with lots of activities and entertainment for adults. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, always plenty of options! The staff were fabulous, always smiling and being friendly to our 1 year old. They made our stay all the better. Plenty of loungers around the pool. Everything was cleaned daily, like everything! Staff at 6am mopping and cleaning the entire hotel. Amazing! There was always a space to park but can imagine summer would be a struggle.

We had a very good stay and enjoyed the all-inclusive experience. The drinks included 4 cocktails, as well as wine, beer, and coffee. The animation team was fantastic — very entertaining and full of energy. Our room was clean and spacious. The food was delicious and offered a good variety throughout our three-night stay. The afternoon snacks were the same each day, but overall, it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t take away from the experience. Pool is clean, had plenty of space for all guests.

A great location in Playa del Ingles which is served by several of the local Global Buses that has a stop positioned very near the hotel. There are lots of in house facilities scattered throughout the large complex that the hotel stands on. Within easy walking distance to the beach.
