Very nice hotel, fantastic view of the dunes and the sea (from some rooms), great rich breakfast until 11 am. Excellent cleanliness, cleaning time adapted to the guest. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to the dunes and the beach and the center (to Yumbo 1200m).

The location of the hotel is superb.Placed right at the Maspalomas dunes . Which makes it quiet and secluded in extremely busy area . Staff in the hotel is really nice and helpful.

Everything was good , massive room with balcany to the size of a 2 bed flat, one of the best loactions situated close the beach and back of sand dunes so nice. A reason why this hotel is mostly fully booked. BF & dinners lot of varieties nice pool etc..

The hotel is basically buried in the dunes, view from the room was amazing. Breakfast and all other facilities were exceptional. Would stay again if we ever visit Gran Canaria again.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the location of the hotel and the food in the restaurant - everything was excellent. The views of the dunes, the ocean, the garden with the pool and the evening bar with palms are magnificent.

“One of the best hotels on the island”

Excellent location of the hotel, on the dunes by the main promenade. Exit to the dunes and the ocean directly from the hotel. Cleanliness in the hotel, in the room, by the pool is the reference one. Well-detailed details, for example, after returning from the dunes special taps for rinsing feet. Most importantly, however, the staff: friendly, helpful, relational. This stay was important to us for reasons other than sightseeing or tourism only. The staff did more than cool professionalism to make us remember it that way - Thank you. Very good and varied food. Cameral atmosphere. Big parking plot for the cars near by. 3 min by walk to the shop and restaurant center on the beach.

“Just what I needed.”

The staff was amazing! Especially one guy that waited on the tables in the pool bar. We had arranged to give him a really good tip on our last day, but unfortunately he apparently had the day off. The breakfast was equally amazing, with a fantastic selection of anything you think of!

Location was good -smart and professional looking place. Not run down it was a very good condition place. Breakfast was good with a massive selection of choice. Evening meals also had a large selection of choice with tasty food. Pool was nice . Access to sand dunes was great being able to go straight out from the hotel. Free parking outside the hotel- we never had a issue finding parking spaces. Short walk to the restaurant area promenade- loads of good choice. Rooms were clean - nice large shower . Air conditioning in the room was good never had any mosquitoes.

The location and view from the suite (on floor 3, 4 or 5) is great. Close enough for a short taxi ride to the Yumbo and good proximity for walking down to the beach. In the seedier side (for swingers!) the nearby (awful) Cita Centre will offer you all you might want. Otherwise it’s best to avoid the basement level. At the hotel the restaurant food is fine, most evenings… with a rotating menu each evening so sure to cater for most people’s favourite dishes. There are no fixed seating times - which is a plus - but the older guests do tend to arrive early for dinner. The younger guests just manage their time to arrive as the first wave of oldies are heading to bed. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and always smiling and many remember you form previous visits. We have been twice and we would visit again.

“Great location, modern and tidy, but not located in the best part of town”

The hotel is well situated in Playa for access to the beach/dunes or either the Cita Centre (if that’s your thing) or a short stroll (approx 3.5 € by taxi) to the Yumbo. It’s location affords guests staying on 4th or 5th floors exceptional views over the dunes to the beautiful blue sea. The view & location cannot be bettered.

property is located very close to beautiful dunes , which is unique , though road to the beach is too far, and after few days we were tired of it. staff and in restaurant is smiling and very attentive food is ok ( but not delicious)
