I had a very enjoyable stay at Relaxia Beverly Park. The hotel is in a great location close to the beach and public transport, making it easy to explore Gran Canaria. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the spa and massage area, where the staff were very welcoming and offered a variety of treatments and services. The hotel also organized different events and activities for guests, and I attended two of them. They were fun, well organized, and a great way to enjoy the stay. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and since I had the all-inclusive package, I really appreciated having access to free drinks at the pool bar throughout the day. The room was comfortable, and the buffet offered a good variety of food. Overall, the hotel had a pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable atmosphere.

The first meet at reception with Evelyn she made me feel special with her compliments and checked us in with ease.The hotel is spotless,animation team are excellent and the beach is just a stroll away.I was very impressed considering its rated as a 3 star

Beach, hotel is big with three pool areas. Staff are spot on very welcoming. Activities on throughout the day as posted. Food was tasty best I've had on all inclusive so far. I'd say 80% are off retired age when we were there .

The room was great we asked for a sea view but our view was obscured by a palm tree it was very clean lots of space to handy up our clothes although we booked all inclusive we doe like to have a coffee in bed so a kettle would have been a nice touch but apart from that it was a great room

The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and we were facilitated with a late check out time also. The all-inclusive package is excellent, everything we needed was available.

The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every second day, and bed linen was changed every third day. We ate very delicious and varied food. Heated pool. The ocean is a 5-minute walk away. Entertainment every evening. The long-distance bus is 5 minutes away, you can easily get to several settlements. The staff is helpful and very nice, both in the restaurant and at the reception. I would like to highlight Evelyn from the reception, she was very nice and helpful. If we have the opportunity, we will choose this hotel again next time.

It was a nice touch that on our arrival the hotel placed us in a room adapted for my partner’s lack of mobility. The gardens, garden bar and pools were lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet on the 5th floor. A very relaxing stay.

We received a warm welcome from Lia who made the check in process quick and informative. Food was very good. Dining room staff very efficient. Housekeeping staff were friendly. The outside bar, pool area and pools were outstanding.

Staff were very friendly and always looked after us, big thanks to Juan! Upon arrival the lady in reception was very polite and friendly too! Food was ok, however not many options.. overall, ok.

First of all the staff was very polite and very helpful with all the information we need it
