“Good location, nice pool, clean staff, probably not 4 star more 3.5 but really enjoyed our stay.”
Good location, close to bars , restaurants, shops and beach front. But quiet enough to sleep well on a night. Not too busy so always beds at pool.clean and staff lovely. Entertain not great on an evening but we often don’t stick around for it anyway. Others seem to enjoy it.

“Great hotel close to everything”
Huge room, requested ground floor pool view as recently recovering from knee surgery and they sorted this for me so less steps for pool and bar. The staff are great, always have a smile on their face. Special shoutout to the lady at the pool bar.

Very good location.Good food.Beach around 10 mins on feet, just keep in mind that there are a lot of steps down to the beach.room cleaning every day. Thanks for prosseco in the room at my birthday, that's so kind gesture. Also big plus they accept early chekin,thanks.

Property central to everything bars,restaurants beaches hotel kept very clean pool and gardens kept tidy we stayed here for 17 nights bed and breakfast which was great plenty of variety for breakfast our room was on the third floor looking over the pool with partial sea view which was large with separate lounge fridge and kettle and tea and sugar. bedroom staff kept our room clean every morning with fresh towels daily bedding change once a week. entertainment team worked hard and were very pleasant, never a problem to get a sun bed at any time of the day pool towels had a £10 euro deposit for each towel refundable at end of stay changed every two days with the lifeguard,if I had to be a little critical the restaurant staff could do with new uniforms no fault of their own they all work hard but I like to see the breakfast staff in freshly washed and pressed unstained uniforms daily,first impressions is everything all in all we had a fabulous three weeks here and highly recommend loved it.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the heated swimming pool, which I specifically confirmed with the hotel before booking.However, during our stay, the pool temperature was not even 23°C and was clearly not heated. Despite repeated visits to the reception desk throughout the week, the issue was never resolved. I was repeatedly advised to speak with the hotel’s legal manager, yet this person was never available, and no one ever followed up with me during our entire stay.
