“A true paradise”

It was a true paradise. The south of the Canary Islands isn't exactly a green area, but the hotel owners have created a small, very green paradise especially for their tourists. It's a quiet, pleasant place, close to the ocean, the food is incredibly delicious (be sure to take two meals a day, you won't regret it!), the rooms are spacious and charming. An army of staff does everything to maintain this beauty and comfort. I lived on the first floor and had the opportunity to start the day in the most magical way – put on a swimsuit and three minutes after waking up, I was already swimming in the pool.

Breakfast and dinner meals were incredibly varied and delicious! Staff super friendly and kind. Pool area was nice. Hotel was very green. Near bus station and walking distance to restaurants and amenities.

Wonderful pool area and the dinner menu was exceptional every night.

We liked the location. The hotel is located very close to a bus station and playa del Veril and playa Ingles.

The staff were all so nice . The cleanliness was first class! The garden was amazing, I could sit there all day, in the evenings there was entertainment. Good food, plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner, something different every night. Very comfy bed. There is a bus station next to the hotel and you can get the bus from the airport directly to the front door!

Nice room and convenient location for beaches and public transport. The staff were very helpful and the food selection in the restaurant was great.

One of the best hotels on this Island. Honestly, they take care of everything. It's clean, stuff is polite and friendly. Food is amaizing. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Everything you might need, you'r gonna get it with smile. Pool and nature inside of complex is lije from another world.. Good job parque tropical! See you..

The hotel was very beautiful. The room overlooked a nice tropical inner garden and the sea. The hotel was spacious with good facilities, a nice outdoor pool and friendly staff.

“Best hotel in Playa del Ingles”

This is a very welcoming hotel set in lovely gardens. The location is great - right by the sea front and also close to shops, restaurants, bus stands and taxis. The rooms are like mini suites and the multi lingual staff are very friendly and helpful. At this time of year there are tasteful Christmas decorations - the poinsettias were lovely. Even though the hotel was full, it didn’t feel like it, and the setting is very peaceful. There is some entertainment but it is low key . To be fair I went out at night to meet friends staying elsewhere, but when I was there it certainly didn’t keep me up . There was a very good rock covers band one evening. The restaurant is pleasant and you can choose to sit inside or out. The food is the usual buffet style and sufficiently varied so that meals can be enjoyed . It’s not first class but it is certainly as good as that type of buffet can be. Drinks in the restaurant are reasonably priced for a hotel of this type. The pool area is pleasant and so is the sunbathing deck which overlooks the sea (but is still private. All in all a good place to stay.

“A really great place to stay”

First of all, the park is really beatiful. All kinds of tropical and subtropical plants, many in blossom, palm trees, small ponds and fountains and a really big pool with water of nice temperature. The location is also great, just outside is the beach (Playa de Veril - though there are some stairs to get down) and the famous Playa del Ingles is also not more than 500m away. The bus station is also just outside from where you can easily get everywhere on the island. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of different kinds of food. Though It was not varied between days, it was possible to eat something different all the time. You could even have a glass of champagne for breakfast :). The buffet dinner was also great, every day there is some specialty foods (e.g. Italian, Canary kitchen, Spanish, etc.), there was some freshly grilled fish filet every day, sometimes also other seafood. Could use slightly more seasoning maybe. The only thing, which I found really stupid is that men have to wear long trousers for dinner (ladies are allowed in shorts though), this is clearly discrimination :)

The whole experience!! This is the second time we have been and it's an awesome place. From the welcome when you arrive, to the great restaurant, evening entertainment, pool and location ( so near the sea with fabulous beaches nothing disappoints! Our large room was beautiful with a balcony looking into the beautiful gardens.too.

Very friendly staff, food was very good, perfect rooms, awesome pool. Location couldn’t be any better as it was close to the beach, lots of shops, supermarkets and bus station. Hotel was excellent overall. A couple of minor issues: the pool was very cold, the gym was very limited and the elevators were not working on occasion. Still a well-deserved 9/10.
