“Good stay but not as good as when we stayed in March.”

The location was superb. The staff were very welcoming once again, we really felt comfortable there. The facilities are good, but we didnt use the pool, mainly the jacuzzi area at the back, which we love.

Superb hotel, less than ten minutes to the beach and about the same distance to the Yumbo Centre. Lovely pool area but we spent most days at the relax area on the ground floor as they had jacuzzis there as well extra large thick cushioned sunbeds. We were room only but the food looked really good when we walked through the restaurant on a morning and evening. Staff were very friendly and hotel was immaculately clean. Would definitely stay again

“Comfortable hotel”

Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Enough options for a filling vegan breakfast. The hotel was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and near a bus stop that can take you to many locations around Gran Canaria. The junior suite was spacious and the shower had good water pressure.

The hotel was very pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was really nice with a good mix of loungers and deck chairs in the sun and under the palm trees. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is perfect,

The location is great, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Good supermarket and bus stop 5 minutes walk. We stayed 10 days in a superior junior suite and enjoyed the lovely sunny balcony

I always enjoy staying here - it is slightly smaller than some of the hotels in Playa Del Ingles, which means you get a more personal service and experience. I will return !

We had a lovely 10 day stay in this hotel in a superior junior suite. We especially loved the sunny terrace. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Supermarket and bus-stop just a few minutes away. Very nice breakfast also. We would be very happy to stay here again

Friendly, easy going, faultless service.

Overall it was a nice hotel - good location, good breakfast and a large room with a small kitchenette. The pool area was also good and clean. I was very pleased that I could choose when and how often my room was cleaned. The hotel gave bonus for no cleaning days- free drink coupons to use at the pool bar.
