We spent an unforgettable week in these charming apartments, where you will find absolutely everything you can imagine. The owners of the apartments, Kim and Peter, are very kind and sweet people who will always help you with advice in any matter. We were also lucky enough to watch the carnival, the main parade of which goes right down the street on which the apartment building is located. When we are in Gran Canaria again, we will definitely choose these fantastic apartments!

The stay was above, and much above, expectations; the apartment is fantastic, furnished with high-quality furniture. The bathroom is very modern, the kitchen is equipped with everything for any need, from cutlery to glasses, to high-quality cookware with a perfect refrigerator. It has two bedrooms with high-quality linens. The friendliness, efficiency of the owners (Kim Pilar), and their kindness are extraordinary. It was a magnificent stay, and the price/quality ratio is excellent! I highly recommend everyone to stay in this property.

The apartment was in excellent condition. The kitchen is fully equipped. Cleaning very good. The hostess was super friendly, helpful and took care of everything. The apartment had a sea and dune view. The hotel was in a good location and quiet. Not crowded in the pool area, which is also clean. New trip already booked to the same apartment.

Fantastic apartment, exceptionally clean, fully equipped with everything you would want, home from home. The pool area is very quiet and very clean. Great location, close to beach, supermarket, buses, and plenty of available taxis. The owner was so lovely and helpful and informative. She met us on arrival, showed us around the apartment, and explained how tv and equipment worked. A lovely touch with water, orange, beer, wine, and cava in the fridge for us. Will definitely stay here again.

As the name says a fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need. Great pool on-site that’s very quiet, great location, 10 min walk to the beach. Amazing host so friendly and accommodating, lovely gesture of drinks in the fridge on arrival which was a lovely surprise.

“A Wonderful Stay at a First Class Apartment in Playa del Ingles”

This is a lovely high-end property in a nice resort on the 4th floor, where views to the ocean and dunes are only exceeded by the stunning sunsets from the balcony each night. All features are ultra-modern, especially appliances, with excellent Wi-Fi. The apartment has both a dishwasher and washing machine. The lighting is bright overall and the decor appealing. There is ample storage and closet space. The resort has excellent security and is one block from the coastal path and near to the bus station. Kim is a kind and generous host who supports her guests in every way. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in the area.

Outstanding apartment with views of the sea and sand dunes. Has everything you may need - just bring your clothes and toiletries. Great location. Lovely pool/sunbathing area. Fabulous friendly host with great communication from the moment we booked.

A perfect, modern apartment. Scania-style interior. Complete kitchen and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is spacious and very well equipped. Plenty of storage space in the apartment. Easy to clean. Everything is carefully thought out. The sunshine on the balcony from 1 pm until sunset with free view. The hostess Kim is super helpful, positive and quick in her actions. He asked sometimes if everything was okay. You can't hope for more. I hope we can make it again.

“Fantastic apartment for a great holiday”

The apartment was like a home from home with everything you could possibly need for a great break away. From super comfy beds, a washing machine, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, hairdryer, iron and of course the beautifully finished standard of the apartment itself which the pictures don't do justice. It is in a great location near the beach and lots of shops and restaurants and has a fab swimming pool that is very quiet and which we often had to ourselves. The owner Kim is extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming and can't do enough to make your stay a happy one. She even stocked the fridge with a range of soft and alcoholic drinks to start you off which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay or to visit different parts of the island from
