- Close to several restaurants, supermarkets, ca. 5 min walk from the beach and 15 min walk from the centre of Maspalomas (but the beach promenade is really nice) - Pool & the cute little restaurant next to it (Patio Canario) - Free parking - Amenities of the flat - you could find everything you would need for a week - Pilar, our host - she greeted us personally and gave us a thorough house tour + during our stay she checked in with us and asked if we needed anything else

The apartment is very nice and in a perfect location. Not far from the beach and other amenities. The pool is big and not too busy we always got a sun-bed. The apartment is lovely, clean and has many facilities. It was also quiet. We really appreciated the host leaving some drinks and letting us keep our bags at the apartment for a few hours after check out.

The apartment was very clean and beautiful. There was everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Kim was very kindly and helpfull.

This is a beautiful apt. You have everything you need for a short or long stay. It was spotlessly clean. The beds are really comfortable and the decor is tastefully done. A first floor apt with lift. The balcony looks out onto manicured gardens. The location is perfect. Just minutes walk to shops resteraunts bars and the beach but also very quiet and peaceful. Our host was there to meet us and show us everything we needed. Thanks Kim! Highly recomend a stay here.

Exactly what it says : Fantastic apartment Spotless clean with all the essentials Kim met us on arrival and provided all information and recommended restaurants On holiday one of us had accident and Kim was so helpful with translation and kept in contact to make sure we were ok Would highly recommend this apartment.

Kim met us at the apartment (despite a much delayed flight) and had very kindly provided water & some drinks for our arrival. The property was a fantastic base for our holiday - it was clean and well stocked with anything you might need throughout the stay. We also felt the photos don't do the property justice - particularly the balcony is a lovely spot to stop an eat together with a view over the pool and facing the gardens. We had a great trip and would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Gran Canaria :)

The apartment was well-appointed and had all the equipment required for a comfortable stay. There were restaurants and bars nearby, but the apartment was very quiet, with views over a pleasant garden. The balcony had a sunshade, so could be used all day.
