HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We had Apartment 508 by Senõr Richard. Beautiful Sea View. 2 Bedrooms with separate AC, a hard and a soft mattress. The Apartment is fully equipped, everything you will need is there. To make it short, a complete household like your own.. If you have questions or need any help/ advice Senõr Richard is there for you, including a bottle of champagne and fresh fruits as a welcome gift. If you have a rental car you will get a free parking spot. The pool is no lounging area but sunbeds and umbrellas are there and for free. If you are more the swimmer type the pool will be perfect for you. Everything else (shopping/supermarket/restaurants/entertainment/fitness) is in a 20min walking range. tl:dr - PERFECT

The apartment is a much higher standard than most in the area and is still great value for money. It’s comfortable, spacious, and very well presented both in decor and cleanliness. The apartment is well equipped and I also received complimentary drinks, fruit, and toiletries. The host, Richardo, very kindly collected me from the airport and took me back too at no extra cost, he was available for anything I needed throughout my stay and was very friendly - his hospitality was top notch. The location is great for the beach and a short walk from the Yumbo too. I would absolutely recommend and will be staying again!

Stunning sea view from the top level of a fully equipped 2-bedroom, 1 living-room apartment. Nice heated pool. Kitchen is well equipped as well. Fruits, wine, Nescafe provided. Great hospitality.

Everything! We were given the 5 star treatment by the owner, who collected and returned us to the airport (very appreciated and unexpected) fruit & drinks provided on arrival. The apartment is beautiful, spotless and was perfect for us. It has a commanding position with fantastic views, the level of comfort and facilities were excellent(a super comfy bed), every need was catered for, even multi-channel tv. Excelsior II is kept spotless by the staff, is very secure and the large, warm outdoor pool was another bonus we enjoyed to the full being salt-water. There was always room to get a sunbed and the peace and tranquility was appreciated. The location was nicely positioned to easily walk to the dunes, and a choice of excellent restaurants right next to the apartments meant we ate out a lot and were spoilt for choice. Add to that nearly 3 weeks of perfect weather - perfection!

“Best Apartment I Stayed In Playa del Ingles”

Perfect host . Ricardo is a hostess with the mostess. He picked me up at the airport despite an hour delay no bother . He is a true canarion with in depth knowledge of the island with a charm to match. You immediately warmth to him naturally . The apartment is a well run private purpose built block, secure and friendly with an exclusive vibe. It has two bedrooms both leading to an enclosed balcony with seats offering uninterrupted sea views being on the 5th floor. It’s the most well equipped apartment I have ever stayed coming from a holiday letting owner myself . champagne , wines , water , juices , fruits , kitchen ingredients salt peeper , sugar , olive oil, plenty of toilet paper , towels and well equipped kitchen . AC works well and silent . Washing machine with detergent provided .And wow the TV Channel u can get any UK channel you desire so extensive you truly spoilt. Location is excellent just minutes from Cita Center for groceries and plenty of restaurants and the Dunes is just few yards away . It’s 10 minutes walk to Yumbo away from the noise which I prefer.it’s a quiet apartment. Rarely heard the neighbours only when they were in the hallway. Ricardo even kindly offer to send me back to the airport . I will definitely stay here again . Highly recommended.

The host was absolutely amazing. He met us at the airport and gave us a ride to the apartment (free of charge). Then showed us around. He left for us fruits, water, variety of coffees and wines in the apartment. He also drove us back at the airport at the end of our stay (again free of charge). He was very kind and super helpful. We stayed in touch during the entire stay, he even offered to pick up us and show some nearby places. The apartment was sparkling clean with everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of bed linen and towels, TV with all sorts of satellite channels from different countries. The terrace is amazing - unobscured panoramic view from mountain to sea and sandy dunes. It's enclosed with glass movable panels, which was great protection from the wind without ruining the view. I loved to sit in the sofa there and just enjoy the view. We loved the heated pool (sea water), which is quite big, though it could have been a couple of degrees warmer - in december if it blows a bit it, the feel can be too cool. The neighborhood is quiet, at the same time there are many restaurants close by and the shopping center Yumbo is around the corner. The beach (Playa del Ingles) is 10 mins away, Maspalomas dunes are just 5 min away. We recommend to rent a car (which can be parked for free in front of the building) - the location is perfect to make short or one day trips to every point of the island. We can't wait to come back.
