Great size apartment with everything you need, very comfortable and clean. Kitchen has all the appliances you can possibly need. Big and comfortable bed. Host is easy to communicate and he's available for any questions you might have.

Great location , the property was stylish & clean . Facilities were excellent. I felt the owner & her team were there to help . Restaurants , shops , local buses & the beach close by . You can get an airport bus close to the property for only a few Euros.

“Perfect for a week's break in the sun”

Had a great stay at Duplex Poolside. Michele and Grazia were just a text away for any questions I had. Apartment was equipped with everything you would need from a home away from home. Pool area was lovely.

“Charming Greek-Inspired Stay with Exceptional Hospitality”

We absolutely loved the location within the gated estate; it was really cute and had a charming Greek-inspired style. The house itself was well-designed, with a living room and small garden downstairs, and an internal staircase leading to the top floor where the bathroom, main bedroom, and additional balcony were located. Michele added some lovely touches, such as a bottle of red wine on arrival, some snacks and water in the fridge. The availability of consumables within the property was particularly appreciated. Items like washing liquid, body wash, coffee, coffee filters, and many other small items such as washing up liquid were provided. The location was easy to navigate by foot, with a staircase leading directly up the side of the hill. The Jumbo Centre was a 10-15 minute walk away, and the beach was about 20-25 minutes on foot. There was a Dino Mart Express on-site, open until 10pm daily, which was super convenient. The property was perfectly situated between Faro Lighthouse and Playa de Inglés, making it an ideal spot in Maspalomas. Despite a small Wi-Fi issue during our stay, Michele replaced the entire system the next day, resolving all issues. Michele was incredibly helpful, available by phone and WhatsApp throughout our stay, and greeted us both on arrival and departure. He was polite, friendly, and easy-going—a pleasure to deal with. The house was well equipped with an ironing board, iron, kettle, two coffee makers, toaster, plates, dishes, cups, cutlery, and everything else you could possibly need. It was great value and perfectly sized for two people sharing. The downstairs sofa converted into an additional bed if necessary. The house also included a microwave, a full-size fridge-freezer, and a large widescreen TV. We particularly liked the electronic extending canopy over the rear garden, providing extra shade if needed whilst enjoying the outdoor space included. Overall, it was a great stay!

Excellent apartment with everything you could need for your stay, very clean, plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 children. great communication with the host who was extremely helpful. Perfect location only a short walk to the centre of playa del inglis, taxi’s available directly outside of complex, shop in complex very reasonable with lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for holiday in Maspalomas. Very clean, spacious. There is everything you need (dishwasher, laundry machine, iron, microwave oven etc.) Nice poole, quiet area. Great contact with the owner. Highly recommended! .

“Mid August vacation at Paymar poolside complex”

Ease of arrival and vacating, Grazia was very helpful with our later arrival and attentive throughout. Nice sized duplex with extra underbed storage for cases etc. Easy to keep clean and tidy and use of washing machine meant clean clothes to take home (no dirty washing piles lol) . Retractable sin canopy/awning on Terrace/garden provided plenty of shade when required. Friendly area and safe for familes. Salt water Pool was great and cleaned every morning. The water quality was tested daily also. Grounds clean and tidy. Well equipped supermarket on site priced reasonably. Close to all amenities and local transport. Taxi ranks and bus stops just outside the Complex. Close to attractions but peaceful and tranquil home from home no road noise or rowdy crowds.. Level access and ramps facilitated my wifes walking difficulties. Use of the adjoining holiday complex's restaurants is also possible. Parking available close to the complex for our hire car.

“Perfect bungalow for the best holidays in Maspalomas”

The Bungalow is really great, ideal for a couple or 2 friends. Once inside you feel you entered the Holliday's zone with the blue and white colors. Arriving there very late, we hade the chance that Grace was available to give us the keys and the instructions. It is very close to the Yumbo, but we took taxis to go there since it's a lot of stairs to take but taxis are very affordable. All equipment are inside to best confort . The pool is great, the bar is amazing and Rosa and all the bars staff are simply amazing (Hi to all of you ). I really enjoyed my stay and i definitely recommend this amazing place. Michele is really a great host and was always available.
