“Convenient location, clean and well furnished , relaxed atmosphere and friendly multilingual staff”

Location, pool, clean and well furnished apartment, with most things necessary for a self-catering holiday. Very helpful multilingual staff, nice large balcony, access to private parking although free on-street parking was also available.

The reception was open when we arrived and a nice person greeted us.

The apartment was a really good size and the location was excellent. Everyone we met at reception was really helpful and friendly and our room was cleaned and new towels/bedding every 2 to 3 days. It's really close to Cita and to the path through to the dunes. We would 100% stay here again.

“An ok location, close to the dunes in Maspalomas”

We really liked the position, close to the sand dunes, close to restaurants, cafes, and grocery shops. Staff was very helpful, always smiling. We loved the balcony, which was oriented towards the back garden. The kitchen had all the necessary things. We missed a wine bottle opener (or we didn't see it). Also, the shower was big enough. Oh, I almost forgot about the big bed and VERY comfortable mattress and pillows. The coffee filter machine was appreciated! Also, there is parking just inside the courtyard, only for guests. This is vital, as you don't have to search for parking on the street.

The property is in a quiet location, clean & well maintained with local amenities & access to the beach & sand dunes.

The pool was heated however still felt cool with the January weather, warm enough to swim though. The apartment was very clean, cleaners came every few days, didn't see them though as we were always out. It was a very good location with lots of shops and restaurants around, (also very close to the dunes!) We never had any issues getting a parking space either.

Everything was great here, The apartment had all we needed. the kitchen was well equipped also had cleaning products. The bathroom had toilet rolls and hand soap, Bed was very comfortable and wardrobes had plenty of hangers. lounge area very comfortable. Extra bonus rooms cleaned almost daily and pool towels. The lady who cleaned our room (111) was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great. very large. lots of sunbeds but did get towel on beds early. Location perfect, Walking distance to Dunes, Shops and lots of lovely restaurants. Parking is possible if there is a space which we managed 5 of the 7 days. If not parking in nearby street very easy. We had several days out driving to North of Islands, Roads all brilliant. As we kept saying It Ticked all our boxes!

The size of the apartment. Very clean, house keeper exceptional. Has everything you need. Nice big swimming pool.

Great pool, very spacious and quiet. Apartment itself was spacious and well equipped with a large balcony and perfectly clean, maid service was excellent.

Clean and a wonderful friendly welcome. 2-3 cleans and fresh towels Loads of hot water and well provided amenities in kitchen ... even plastic boxes to take food to beach
