“Scam. Reported to the police!”

The most awful experience. The place is a scam. It is an illegal rental in a hotel. The hotel struggles with it, it has been reported to the police many times, Booking.com knows about it, but they do not do anything about it. It is a criminal activity by the host. Dirty, missing and dangerous installations, the worst experience in my life, stay away people!

The host did not reply to our messages and calls. We arrived at 18:00 at the property, after a long flight, with two small children. We had to book another property in order to have a place to sleep that night. I belive this is a scam - there is at least another review with the same complaint. I belive they were waiting for us to cancell the reservation in order for them to keep the penalty fee. As we did not cancel by midnight, they replied to us - one minute after midnight - (via What's App, not via Booking.com) that they had lost they phone and that's why they could not see our messages/ hear our calls.

All in all, my stay was fantastic! I spent most of my time hopping between the refreshing swimming pools with a cold beer in hand and heading out to explore the nearby shopping. The location was perfect—just a stone's throw from the sandy beaches, which made for the perfect backdrop to the trip. Everything from the relaxed atmosphere to the convenience was spot on. Highly recommended for anyone looking for that perfect mix of sun, sand, and city life!

“Family stay in maspalomas”

Easy access ..great communication with host always available for any questions or queries.... appartment was very homely and clean...hotel is nice and quiet and balcony overlooks pool on 4th floor ...checkin ,checkout was flawless.....superb location next too all restaurants and beach only 5min walk... supermarket across the road....large TV on wall which my 8year old loved .. 3day stay and loved it

We really enjoyed our stay, coming from cold and snow to sun and sea was like a winter night's dream for us. The apartment is in an ideal location, close to everything: restaurants, shops, bars, a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a nice cafe next to the entrance. Although there are a lot of tourists in the area, most of them are retirees, so it's quiet during the night. The apartment is perfect for a short stay for 3 persons. It looks exactly like in pictures, or even better. It was well cleaned. We loved having our morning coffee on the big balcony and swimming in the large pool. We were a little worried that it might be cold at night, but when we arrived we noticed a heater in the bedroom. However, the temperatures were ok and we didn't have to use it. All in all, a decent apartment at a decent price, it's good value for money.

“Nice accommodation in playa del inglés”

The place looked better than in photos. Has lots of appliances and things we made use of during our stay. Very good price. Lastly, the owner responds very quickly.

- Nice apartment, well cleaned before our arrival. - Comfortable beds. - Large shower. - Well equipped kitchen. - Nice balcony with table. And also another table is present in the living room. - Fast and reliable wifi. - Nice location, nearby Playa del Inglese and around 10 minutes walk from Yumbo Center. - The common swimming is very nice and has lots of sunbeds so that you can find a spot anytime. - The apartment is inside a touristic complex, where all the staff is very nice. Overall, we really liked the apartment and would recommend it.
