“Perfect apartments in ideal location”

For me the best place in Playa del Ingles. Quiet, comfortable, friendly and safe. Close to the beach, dunes and Yumbo Center. Staff always happy to accommodate guests' requests if possible.

There was mold in the house.

The location and the member of staff who greeted us was very helpful, friendly and gave a warm welcome. The cleaning lady was very nice too.

The location is first class. The pool is lovely and warm. The hot tub area is excellent. The balcony is really spacious as is the apartment. Hot water was available without interruption. Excellent wardrobe space. Excellent air conditioning.

The only good thing left is the location of the apartment.

It was quiet at night! To sleep. Quiet during day to enjoy large balcony and view of dunes. It was a little more equipped than a usual holiday let.

No breakfast was included. The apartment's location is very good, quiet area and close to the beach and Dunes. The garden and pool are very nice. The staff are kind and helpful.

Once we arrived, we called the company on the intercom and they responded very quickly and we were in within 10 minutes.

They changed our room because the first one had a bad smell of tobacco. The staff was nice.

Location was great, pool area was clean, tidy and quiet. Balcony excellent, and having free air con was good surprise as we thought we had to pay extra . Lovely and quiet. Once we managed to speak to reception Javier was very helpful and apologetic.

The location and the facilities are great (although I highly recommend checking the cleanliness of the jacuzzi). The views from the terrace are unbeatable.

Fine I arrived and the reception man was there. Usually check in is 15.00 I was there around 11.45 my room was available

The apartment was very clean and nice, well equipped with everything one would reasonably need whilst on holiday . Very close to the beach with breathtaking views.
