“Very good accomodation in the 3rd floor main building with balcony.”
After 1 day in the disappointing Junior Suite in El Palmars annex in their backyard, a very friendly person in the reception where able to upgrade us to a very good room in the 3rd floor main building with a good balcony and view over the street and surroundings for the next 7 days. Upgrade cost 20€. It had separate bedroom and all necessary kitchen outfit.

Apartment was very well furnished and equipped. Well kept gardens, friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed twice weekly. Lovely pool and whirlpool. Wonderful roof terrace on top floor with amazing views of the sea and dunes

The only positives were that they give beach towels to take to the beach and it’s about 6 minutes walk to the beach Playa del Engles.

“Fab 1st stay in playa de Ingles”
Location perfect close to both centres and the beach but not loud at night. Spa was fab, outdoor pool and beds all plentiful. Induction hob and microwave grill both work well. Outdoor terrace lovely. Bathroom and shower perfect.

“We enjoyed our stay overall. Would stay again. Unfortunately the hotel we normally stay in is right next door so I wish”
I liked that we were in apartment number 2 which was close to the main gate and breakfast room. The terrace was good also.
