“perfect location, modern apartment, lovely staff. we had a great 4 days”

We arrived as a family of 4 for 4 days as a trip for my husbands birthday. We arrived at lunch time and headed to reception to pick up our keys, lovely staff and very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect for us. 5/10 mins walk to the beach and restaurants and bars, 5 mins walk to the Yumbo centre. The apartment was very spacious with very modern decoration. We had 2 rooms with lots of wardrobe space. The balcony looked over the pool and again a good size with a table and 4 chairs. The bathroom was just a shower with no bath but again spacious with shower gel provided and a hairdryer. The kitchen area came with all the usual utensils. We had a toastie maker instead of a toaster which was a little different along with a microwave and coffee maker. The cleaners were in every 2 days with fresh towels. The pool area was quiet with plenty of beds and a lifeguard.

We had bungalow no 6 which was very comfortable, nice patio & garden area. Had 2 full shower rooms even tho our booking confirmation said 1, so maybe we were upgraded. Nice & quiet & about 3 mins walk from yumbo which was ideal for buses. About 10 mins walk from beach. Poor was cold even though it wss supposed to be heated so only had 1 dip. We booked here esp for heated pool so that was a bit disappointing, but weather overall wasnt really sunbathing weather. Would still likely book again.

Whalhalla -we had a really good sized apartment. Which looked as if it had recently been modernised. Really comfortable proper double bed. Good shower. Supermarkets nearby so easy to get breakfast and cook. Room was cleaned regularly and towels were good. There was a 24 hour receptionist. It said adult only on BC but there were a number of families staying which was fine. Good location for going out to Cita or Yumbo Centre. Easy to go to the beach Pool was warm and had life guard all day. There was a bar and music was fine and 80s 90s music.Being late November sun was low so only had it 10-4. Sunbeds are nice. Communication was good

have stayed here many times in the past. service and rooms are always consistent - and that is over 10yrs. location is perfect half way between beach and yumbo. street. overall perfect for a holiday. everything is close and the staff are always there when you need and nothing is too much.

Location was good, facilities were good, staff friendly enough, room had a kitchenette, hob, sink, microwave and fridge. We were lucky enough to get a ground floor apartment, which meant the pool was just 20m from our back door. Small bar at the pool, but as I stated, didn't need it my fridge was just as close.

Very friendly welcome, i'd been in contact with the hotel prior to arrival who helped me book an aircon unit which was needed due to the warm temperatures. Apartment was on the 1st floor and was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Plenty of sunbeds available poolside and loved the pool bar. Very friendly service and good variety of drinks available. Location is superb, close to restaurants, bars and the Hyperdino out of the back gate at the top of the stairs. This was our second visit and we will definitely return

welcomed at reception and got the keys there. first room was too close to elevator and asked for a higher floor and away from elevator. And luckily that was possible

The staff are brilliant here. All making an effort to make your stay perfect. The whole complex is spot less , clean and well maintained . It represents excellent value and cannot complement all the longserving staff enough .
