Holiday was really nice, good localisation, many taxis from the entrance, Dinners are interesting, lots to choice Staff was friendly

The rooms were good and the breakfast was excellent although it was crowded and a big queue.

I've stayed here 3 times previously and each time I've been really impressed with Buenaventura. The room was exceptional, high up as requested (it was actually high up I'd requested rather than quiet, although by default being a little further away from the stage, it was super peaceful in comparison to my friends whose room had full view of the stage :D) and west facing so not too bright in the morning. It was cleaned when required but you weren't disturbed if you put the don't disturb sign on the door. Breakfast offered a huge variety, as did all meals (as I'd upgraded to all inclusive as I arrived) and even when it isn't meal time, there's always food available from the snack bar. The drinks were great, especially the 'blue vodka'. The pool areas are great, could generally get a sun lounger and the stage side pool had particularly good atmosphere. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly, always greeting you with Ola as you walk by and always there if you need anything. Its such a huge place and must take a lot of coordination to keep it running smoothly, but they do run it smoothly and its consistency over the 10 year period I've stayed there is commendable. It is the first place I will look on my next visit to Gran Canaria.

the temperature of the pools was nice and the possibility to choose different gardens for sunbath.

Everything was on a full scale was extremely excellent very nice and nice helpfull staff very respectablehotel was excellent food was ok some times very nice the hole hotel services was excellent entertainers was excellent i would come back to this hotel just think they should have double beds if its a double room for twin room then 2 singles.

I know what I am getting with this hotel. You get breakfast as standard included in the price you pay. It has all the facilities needed and onsite shops.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room spacious and bed comfy. Able to get a room to shower before return journey which was very helpful.

Location was okay, bus stop near by that can take you to many places. Taxi always outside of the hotel. The room was nicely furnished, with comfortable bed linen and a fairly firm mattress.
