“Clean with a lot of space, but beware.....”
The appartement of 80m sq.m. is a former garage in the basement with no windows to open for fresh air. The patio turned out to be the entrance down to the garage, a slope with an of angle 45 degrees and a staircase. Impossible to place a table, enjoy a meal outside.

“Comfortable and welcoming near the sea.”
Parking outside on the street was always easy and close. The house (Casita Vanessa 2) was very homely, comfortable, and well equipped, though there is no washing machine for longer stays. The 'courtyard' area to the rear is lovely for sitting outside, eating breakfast etc. There are lots of individual touches to make the house welcoming and relaxing. A small problem regarding plumbing was sorted very quickly by the owners, so not really a nuisance. The nearness to the sea (and being able to hear it with the windows open) was brilliant, and the coastal walkway in both directions was a wonderful bonus, as was the nearness of the bus stop for an easy journey into Las Palmas without worrying about parking.

“Caution for sound-sensitive people”
Really stylish, attention to detail and well designed as expected. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is generally clean. Good location, we travelled by car and it’s close to both airport and Las Palmas. Nice beach nearby, easy to access. Vanessa is really friendly and responsive, the neighbourhood is surprisingly cute.

“Our best stay in Gran Canaria”
Vanessa's house was one block from a continuous shoreline walking path and also one just block away from two very nice resturants with ocean views. The location of the house is also centrally-located to every aspect in the northern part of Gran Canaria and nearby to the airport. The house is beautifully furnished, comfortable and very clean. It is a very tranquil and wonderful place to relax. Best of all Vanessa is an extrodinary host! She welcomed us warmly and was always available for any questions we might have. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Vanessa.
