Comfortable spacious room, living area and balcony. Beautiful views, pool area is fabulous. We ate at the pool bar which was delicious and good value. All staff were friendly and helpful. All facilities kept clean. Lift to the beach was great.

The location and the room I requested when booked was a bonus as the location of the room was perfect for my visit as I use this place and apartment for my mental health recovery safe space. Staff are brilliant and very assertive and helpful. Nothing was too little to sort. Value for money. CLEANER WAS AMAZING AND VERY FRIENDLY.. ROOM WAS SPOTLESS EVERYTIME.

“Peaceful and enjoyable sights and sounds of the ocean”

The staff was very helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the service staff. The close proximity to the bus was brilliant! It was very simple to get around with public transport. The walk back up the hill was a bit steep, but you get used to it! The sun terrace was a wonderful place to relax. The pool is small, but it was never over-crowded so it was good for doing a few small laps.

Utilities in room were good for making tea and coffee and microwave was good to use for prepping breakfast (could use a bowl or measuring jug) Lounge area was good

Everything the most i liked was pool and access to the beach

A/Cs are new, private exit to beach with elevator, pool with warm water and good view not strictly closed after 6pm. It was a choice mostly for families, so was quite and without uneeded "entertainment" in night time. Staff was helpful and friendful.

The view was very beautiful, the staff was friendly and there was air conditioning all the time. Also, the hotel was in a very good location and you had the opportunity to move to other tourist places.

“Beautiful sea view”

Beautiful villas really Beautiful. Pool is nice so do the view. All things in the hotel and AC in both rooms.

So far, it was near the best beach, Amadores beach. It is beautiful. Our view from the balcony was for the sea. Good variety for the breakfast. Fresh food. The staff was very gentle and friendly and were doing their best to help us. The price was ok for what they have to offer.

Sea is nearby and you can easily reach via lift. We like the heated pool the most with ocean view. The room is cosy, clean and big. Cleaning was done frequently. I like the fitness center especially they have a running machine as well. Our plane left late, but we could stay in the hotel near the pool and we could have a shower and dress up in a changing room next to the fitness center.

The room was spacious and perfect for two people. The bathroom wide with a very nice and big shower. The bedroom was comfortable but a bit on the smaller side. The living room was nice and the balcony very big with the sea view. The staff was very helpful and nice (especially the staff working at the pool bar).

“Good but could be better”

The hotel is ideally located, with a bus stop, a grocery store (Spar), and several restaurants just above the Spar, making it a great choice. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the view from the room is stunning. Additionally, the direct access to the beach via the lift is a fantastic perk. The rooms are spacious, and air conditioning is provided.

We had a junior suite that had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. Balcony was lovely to sit on in the mornings and evenings.

Food was good for a buffet and all the staff were lovely. Spacious apartment with great views and a nice swimming pool. Convenient lift to the beach. Well located to visit the south of the island.
