“Amazing ❤️”
Everything about it was absolutely super ☺️ Apartment is clean and has everything you need (including dishwasher and washing machine and even robot vacuum cleaner which is super convenient). Around the house is closed area with private parking so it is very safe and no worries about finding a parking place. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice. Pool is warm and clean. The house is maintained very nicely. The view is spectacular!

“Wonderful sea view apartment”
Marina was extremely helpful and provided excellent pre-check-in photos showing the entrances and access codes, which made arrival very easy. The apartment was quiet, very well appointed, and spotlessly clean. Everything worked perfectly. We especially loved watching the sunrise and the expansive sea views. The balcony was sunny until around 2:30 pm, which was ideal. The building and pool area are very well maintained, and having a lift was a real bonus as the apartment is on the 4th floor. A well-stocked Spar is open every day from 8 am to 9 pm and even offers grocery delivery, which is very convenient if you don’t have a car, as the hill is quite steep. There is also a good variety of restaurants next to the Spar. We particularly enjoyed Vista Mar in the next bay and I Love Mogan in Puerto de Mogán, which can be reached by bus, boat, or a 10-minute taxi ride costing around €17. Puerto de Mogán is also a very pretty place to visit. We had a great week enjoying the winter sun and would happily return.

“Excellent”
The apartment is cozy, with an ocean view from balcony. It has everything you need for everyday life. The kitchen is well equipped . Convenient and safe parking place inside the residential complex. A supermarket is a five-minute walk away. All the best beaches of the island are nearby. Excellent communication with the owners, they respond quickly and always provide the necessary information. The residential complex has a swimming pool and jacuzzi with new sun loungers. It was a real pleasure to stay in this place.
