Extremely poor hygiene standards. I was initially checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. When I requested a new room, the second one also had hair in the bed from previous guests. It felt as though the staff simply sprays the sheets with disinfectant rather than actually changing them. I would not recommend staying here if you value basic cleanliness.

“I left one day early from the bad service”
Better towels , better and new beddings materials ( sheets etc ). More quality breakfast .Also the staff is able to communicate in English

Everything was clean and comfortable, but there is no outdoor area, and the hotel bar was closed. This hotel is perfect for one night — for that, it was great!

“Great Stay”
We only stayed briefly overnight on our way from Cozumel to Cancun. We loved everything mostly because we were so tired after arriving from Cozumel ferry, that we booked the room and showed up 20 minutes later and everything was ready and we checked in immediately and rapidly. We slept well. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped, too. There was no hairdryer but they brought it immediately when I asked. The breakfast was also great value for money. The staff were all so kind and helpful.
