“Great value for money! Two pools!”
Lovely relaxed vibe, great to have food available, quiet, easy to walk everywhere, helpful staff, lovely swimming pools. If you're going to stay in the small double room be mindful that there is nowhere to put clothes. This wasn't an issue for us as we were expecting it, but just a reminder for others to be aware of.

“Quite a good hotel in Playa del Carmen”
I like the look of the hotel itself, gives me some pueblo vibes, it has two swimming pools, plenty of communal areas with lots of seating, even two pool tables (sadly I didn't play) which is pretty cool. Some people in their reviews were mentioning loud guests etc., I haven't experienced that and the place was generally pretty quiet, no wild parties or anything so I slept quite well. It's not far from 5 Avenida, the beach is about 15 minutes walk, there are huge stores like Walmart literally around the corner so quite convenient for some shopping.

“Very Friendly Service, However Some Comfort Issues”
We had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially the girls at the front desk who were communicative and always willing to help. The space looks nice in general, and the location is very good and convenient.

“Very good for the price”
A very clean dorm and a comfortable bed. A very calm and quiet ambient around the hotel, they play some music until evening but didn't bother me. Very secure. Nice pools and a rooftop terrace. Had a really good (and a little expensive) breakfast there. There's also many tacostands right around the corner and a big supermarket. Wifi okay but a little inconsistent.

“Great location and value”
The hotel has 2 pools (one on the rooftop) along with plenty of comfortable seating and loungers around the large ground pool and on the roof. Generally quiet and right next door to the alternate ADO bus station. Three blocks from the main avenue and one block from the best taco stands in town and a massive supermarket. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Dorm room comfortable with plenty of charging points, a/c and a fan. Shower had great pressure and hot water.

“Don’t do the dorms! For private rooms might be very nice”
The hotel itself is nice though, lots of spacious common areas and games like table tennis, pool and two pools that are open all night too! Location is right next to one of the ado stations and close to big a 24 hrs supermarket. Staff was friendly

“Not worth the money”
The location was really great. Close to the beach and the ADO Alterna station. The pool looked nice as well, but I didn't go in.

“Amazing, felt like home”
Everything was excellent. The location is amazing right in the center near of a lot of attractions and we can walk everywhere. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. The facilities were also very good, everything is renovated and the room was very spacious with all the amenities needed for a stay in Playa del Carmen. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to come to Playa del Carmen and we will also stay here next time we travel to the city.
