Very nice place to stay on vacations in La Playa.

Far from the touristic places, but not too far. Close to local restaurants and supermarket.

The host offered 50L jug of water for an additional cost and it was great. Saved us money and carrying water bottles from convenience stores ourselves. The water pressure was also very good in the shower. The hosts and staff were very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, as advertised and spacious. The location is in a quieter part of town and what can be a downside is it is at least 20 minutes alk from main downtown area and the nearest beaches and can be up to 45 minutes walk, depending on where you want to go. It wasn't an issue for us, but might be worth considering if you don't want to walk too far in the heat.

“Amazing vacations in Valentina suites- playa dle carmen.”

We really enjoyed our stay at Valentina Suites. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and very close to many places to eat, as well as the ADO bus station, which made getting around very easy. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and had a private, independent entrance. Access to the rooftop pool was simple and convenient, and it was a great place to relax. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They allowed our friend to store her luggage while we were waiting to check in, which we truly appreciated. They also helped us get a large water jug at a very affordable price, which was a big plus. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service. We would definitely love to come back.

The roof top sitting area was very nice. everything was clean. the lay out was good. was able to cook a few simple meals in the kitchen. at first the beds were hard but when we made a request for a mattress topper it was taken care of right away. good at responding to all our questions. we had a large water bottle there pre arranged in the kitchen delivered. it was in a good location. walk to beach. and grocery store. safe in room.a few more . the property manager. was very helpful.

No breakfast. Noone there all through booking.com the property contacts you to give you access through the gate and codes through lock box. Once she contacts you they are morw then helpful with any questio s you have

Quick response to all needs; the staff is friendly. Quiet location, far from noisy bars, etc., but with some exceptions (see below). Chedraui within walkable distance as well as Walmart and Soriana.

The place was clean and everything was as stated in the communications. Good location with all the shopping options within a short walk. Very helpful and pleasent on-sight management. We had a great time there and the rooftop pool and lounging area were a very pleasent addition.

All top notch with everything as described in the profile; price/quality a really good deal which - assumed that its available - could become my regular place in Playa. Super friendly host; fast answers almost whatsover the time of the day.

Proximity to the center. The layout of the apartment. It has a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom. Also a parking lot in front of the building.

Management is very responsive and helpful. They have someone working at night in case of an emergency. Rooms are spotless (I don't see how they could be cleaner). The shower pressure is great (water pressure is often an issue in Mexico). The internet connection is great (I work online, on videoconference all day).

We had a lovely 1-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our 6 days at Playa del Carmen. Our mattresses were firm; excellent water pressure in the shower; fully-equipped kitchen with ample pots/pans/crockery to prepare our own meals. The WiFi speed was also one of the best we had in our two months in Mexico. Our host Jacqueline was also very responsive via chat, and got our requests fulfilled readily. There is also a small pool and terrace area with seats on the top floor, which was great for when we had to wait a couple of hours in between check-out and our bus. Location-wise, it is about a 15-20 min walk from the ADO bus station (turistica). There is a large supermarket (Chedraui) nearby (the colectivos to Tulum also depart near its carpark), as well as plenty of eateries and ATMs along Avenida Benito Juarez.

Communication with the host was great. Easy access to the apartment and we felt safe. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of stores and restaurants near the hotel. Pool on the rooftop is mainly for kids since it's only 40 cm in depth, it was nice to use the hammock too. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Hot water, lots of towels and everything you need for a family vacation. The beds were comfortable (1 king + 1 single bed). AC worked perfectly. TV worked well with access to Youtube. There was a safe, a coffee maker, basically anything you need! Overall it was clean and we would come back.
