“Meh, just great location!”

The young lady at check in was very polite at explaining the use of the facilities. The rooms are very spacious and the tiny kitchenette is very useful. The smart TV was a plus for my Son.

I loved this property. Huge room! Aircon, clean, little kitchen, everything you could possibly need. Huge bed ! Most comfortable stay I had in Mexico and felt so safe. I was unwell and was so grateful to have booked this room. Good location as well.

The apartment is located centrally, about 10 min from a very nice beach and 7 minutes from the Ado bus station. The apartment is huge and has a great value for the price. The kitchen has just basic facilities. Fast internet!

The sofa needs to be replaced. It’s not usable at all—the cushions slide off as soon as you sit down

“Absolutely recommended”

The room was spacious and was equipped with a kitchenette. I had warm water in the shower, which seems not to be the case in many other accommodations in this region of Playa del Carmen. The staff was extremely friendly.

Great value and location

“Excellent value in a central yet quiet location”

The room/apartment was enormous and included a balcony, a very large bed, a living room area, a kitchen, a TV, an outdoor table, an indoor coffee table, and complimentary coffee on the first day. Although the facilities look somewhat run down from the reception area, the accommodation itself is actually excellent. It is right in the centre of everything, about 7 to 8 minutes on foot from the ferry to Cozumel and roughly the same distance to the ADO terminal. Everything is nearby, including scuba diving centres, restaurants, and nightlife. What stood out most was how remarkably quiet it was despite the central location, which was a very pleasant surprise. Overall, it was excellent value for money. I travelled solo, but it would be even better for two people.

Great location just off 5th Ave on a quieter side street. No loud music at late hours so we were well rested. The room was very large and comfortable.

The room was enormous and spotless when we arrived. It had a nice vibe with a separate sofa area. The location was excellent, just a minute away from the Main Street and close to the beach.

The commodities of an apartment with the services of a hotel. Wonderful location if you want to be right in the centre, just a block from the main tourist road, la Quinta. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Yomira, the receptionist, made us feel at home from day one. She welcomes guests with a warm smile all the time, she gives lots of hints about Playa and the surrounding areas, she is so helpful and kind. Teresa, our housekeeper, was a very kind lady that kept the apartment spotless! We felt really comfy!

Location is perfect, right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Be s value for money!
