Great facilities and very friendly staff. We loved seeing all the animals around the resort. There were lots of activities on offer. I especially enjoyed snorkeling in the jade river.

-Food - really poor - quality and ability to choose between restuarants - as constantely booked out -Number of restaurants - 3 restaurants with buffet - without booking - look like a cantina in an university - dirty, sticky and the food not good at all; 4 other restaurants which are constantely booked out - selfreseravtion is impossible - startes every day at midnight - 5 after midnight already booked out - howeever also these restaurants are not exciting - but sighly better food and niver to spend time -Stuff - not empowered and able to support -Beach stony - difficult to walk in -Room OK - size good - decoration medium - clean

Everything was so lovely fresh and clean. The staff was all happy and helpful. The whole environment was one of pure fun and relaxation. We loved every minute of it. There was so much entertainment at the pools for the kids and even the adults with dancing and volleyball games which were organized through their entertainers. The food was all wonderful, two buffets to choose from for dinner if you missed out on a restaurant booking. Food available near all the pools as well. You would never be hungry here!! The drinks were varied and all made so quickly and professionally. We didn’t want to leave the resort ever. The nightly shows were so professional I felt like I was watching broadway musicals. There was dancing after Latin themed usually which really made the culture feel amazing and give you a holiday in Mexico feel still. The Mexican restaurant also had heaps of different tequilas you could test taste which was a fun experience. The walk to each pool and area wasn’t too far you just had to work out the routes but there were maps everywhere so if was fine. We loved seeing all the animals being an eco resort we saw lots of monkeys, coatis, raccoons and birds. The wildlife was fantastic. The cenote on site is beautiful. The seek and go company is great and offers small tours with only the resort people so you don’t spend hours collecting other hotel people.

We loved the green surrounds with animals and birds in close proximity, the various pools were excellent, the entertainment was of good quality and staff helpful.

We liked the animals , but the beach ocean front had rocks and was dangerous for older people like us because of the slick conditions. The wait staff and cleaning staff were excellent. The young Mayan man (Martine) who cleaned our room every day was extremely nice and very thorough. Enjoyed talking to him. The jungle atmosphere was the highlight of the trip but the horrible organization of the restaurants and check-in staff ruined our stay. This place should have been better staffed with people who knew what they were doing. When food ran out, trying to get even butter was almost impossible, there was very little supervision if it existed at all. The food was cold about half of the time.
