Loved the hostel. Great location, it's quiet but it's in the center of PDC. I will definitely come back. The hostel replied in minutes everytime I reached out when I needed something and I could even check out later! Rosie is amazing and helpful!

“Worst nighmare”

I definitly dont recommand this place. I was there four night and I never saw anyone cleaning. There was mold on my wood structure bed. The bathroom and shower smell really bad. The kitchen was unsanitary. I never dared to cook in it. The photos are old. This hostel look like these but with 10 years old of neglect. Yes it very cheap. But get what you get.

“Great place in Playa”

Great location, 10 min walk from the main street and beaches, close to shops and bus stations. They have a cold water machine you can use at any time to refill your water for free. Aircon in the room although on only during the night. Wifi works great. There’s LOADS of space in the room to put your stuff, get ready, charge phones, etc. Great vibes from other travellers as well, one of few hostels in Playa that has female-only dorms.

The Pool, the Aircon

The room was spacious with own bathroom, two showers. Very comfortable beds. You get a towel included which was nice Staff was friendly and location good.

pretty close to the center and easy to find. near by the colectivo Station and to the pier. We could leave our backpacks during our trip to Cozumel in the closet. The owner is really nice and helpful. Friendly as well and there’s a free cenote Tour that the Hostel offers

Lots of rubbish in the dorm. There was only one other person staying in there and I don't think it was hers but I could be wrong. The toilet cubicles were so tiny and the door didn't shut properly. Also, I don't think the toilets were cleaned every day. There were only 2 of us in the dorm so that might be why but I still feel like they should've been cleaned every day.

The beds were really comfy and also de pillow. The locker method is worthy and make things easy but the lack of staff is sth so weird.

Location, the staff, the dive shop crew all make it feel like home here. The garden and pool are perfect for socialising and making an asado 😋 The price is just perfect and the beds are the most comfortable I've slept on in the last 4 weeks!!

They went out of their way to get me a room when I didnt have a cell for whatsapp on it. Were so helpful. The hostel is beautiful. When I first arrived, the ladies in my dorm were a bit messy, but when they left, I woke up early, and the place was clean as can be. Lovely areas upstairs to hear the birds, pool was great, I really enjoyed my time here. No kitchen, but they did have everything you needed, microwave, fridge, blender I saw, dishes, it was fine. Excellent price. Highly recommend.

Great facilities, amenities and service! The pool is exactly as it shown on the picture - nice and clean. The room and common areas are cleaned and tidied daily. I appreciated the personal recomemdation from the host to visit the Cenote.

I disliked the self check-in. It felt really inpersonnal, and it was harder to get help even if the employee did their best on Whatsapp. You need the internet to receive the directives. It would have been less frustrating if this had been mentioned before booking.
