Spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, all amenities as a hotel but privacy of a condo. The staff was always polite and provided great service. The location was good, close to all restaurants and stores. The garden is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. It felt like a home away from home, we'd definitely like to come back!

“Perfect”

Everything. We loved the style, the staff, the fitnessstudio. 2 steps to the city center and yet very quiet in the night. The only question ist how could this location not have a 10 on ratings. I would suggest it to anyone going to playa del Carmen. The restaurants in front were perfect. Don’t book an all inclusive! Enjoy the city and this beautiful apartment.

Well located. Easy to get to. Nice garden area is a cool haven. Rooftop areas with hot tub are brilliant. Offers 10% off next door restaurant which is excellent. Bakery / cafe next door is great as well.

Property is amazing feels like you are walking in a beautiful jungle , gardens are so lush and green . Service is great nothing is a problem at any time . Beds so comfortable and the cleaning of condos is fantastic , you can have a full clean everyday if you so wish . We had a two bedroom penthouse with roof top kitchen bbq , jacuzzi and loungers .. The pool was fantastic and the girls loved it .. Great bakery next door snd highly recommend the breakfast in sister hotel on the beach . Right in the heart of playa de carmen 2 mins from 5th avenue . Beaches are walkable and are beautiful .

Location was excellent. Condo was spacious.

Good space in the condo. 3 bedrooms plus lounge over 2 floors plus roof terrace with bbq and jacuzzi on 3rd floor. AC was very good and kitchen well equipped. The communal pool was good for laps and clean.

Excellent facilities in the condo. Large, Spacious and good air con. Drinking water provided. Beds really comfortable. Staff friendly. Pool lovely and the most comfortable sun loungers we’ve ever had on a holiday. Perfect location for 5th Avenue strip and the beach 🌟

“Very comfortable, great location, missed out on the pool”

Room was super spacious and air con was great, loved having a couch and a TV with a variety of Channels for nights where we didn’t want to stay out late. Location was great, close to 5th avenue but also close to other areas nearby, bakery across the road was great and El Goberbador restaurant was excellent for dinner

Really really good location and great for a group of people! Pool is lovely, felt very private and not too loud which was nice. So close to the beach.

Large spacious condo with a nice pool area. Close to all the restaurants and bars but on a quieter street. Close to the beach and has a full gym that can be used daily with a day pass.

Massive rooms. We had a 2 bed & 2 bath and it was very generous. Clean, kitchen fully equipped, AC in all the rooms, great big living room. Lovely pool and a couple of jacuzzis, great location.

Excellent location apart from some very noisy evenings. Great for walking everywhere didn’t need a car. Good pool but not enough sun was around it

“Beautiful hotel with great service”

Great hotel centrally located in Playa Del Carmen. Easy walk away from local shops and restaurants, right next to 5th avenue. The hotel in itself was beautiful and well kept with a massive pool area, which we loved. The room was perfect, very clean and spacious for a family of 4. The beds were also super comfy. While not a beach front hotel we were able to go to asi beach club (2 minute walk away from the hotel) by showing our wristbands, so we had the best of both worlds. The staff were so friendly and accomodating, I would 100% come back and stay at this hotel.

Delightful stay. The coffee place near by is very convenient in case you do not want to enjoy breakfast at the hotel (Carlota Bakery)
