“Very disappointing stay – do not recommend”

Considering the large number of positive reviews, our experience was honestly surprising and disappointing. • We were given a printed paper saying parking is free - picture attached. • At check-in, we asked again, and the receptionist confirmed it was OK and even checked our parking from the window. • The next day we received a 600 MXN parking fine. • At reception, a different staff member did not care at all and said the parking is “under maintenance” and that we should “know the rules of Mexico”. No responsibility taken. Other major issues: • No real hot water in the shower — only lukewarm, even after waiting as instructed. • Toilet did not work properly, flushing was a problem. We had to use toilets in restaurants and bars. • Kitchenette sink tap was constantly dripping and impossible to stop. • Staff attitude was indifferent and unhelpful. Misleading information, poor maintenance, and zero customer care. We definitely do not recommend this place.

The price versus the quality was really good. Also the fact that there is a small kitchenet in the room is a good plus for people that want a quick fix. Walmart is 200m away. The beach is about 400m away. I walked to go to each beach none were very far away. The rooftop is nice with a nice little pool, i enjoyed the music on the rooftop as well.

There was a parking lot, but we had to park our car in very difficult conditions. We were really stressed out about not damaging the rental car.

Good shower, the location is very good if you don’t want to be in the Main Street but be close enough. The staff were very nice and helpful

The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the center but with enough distance to have restaurants with more affordable (real) prices and the calm is very nice there compared to the main street. The rooms were very clean and the modern decoration was appreciated. The swimming pool was very nice!

Room was clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. It was convenient to have a small kitchen, although it would have been good to have some dish soap. The pool area is my favourite part, also enjoyed having a siesta in the hammocks.

The location is great - you are beside the bus station and the central square. Lots of streets around the hotel does great street food! I liked the rooftop pool and the beds were big and comfortable.

Location is great, very close to 5th Avenue but not in the noisy side. There's local cafes and restaurants closed too. Room is basic but perfect for what we needed, cleaned and spacious.

Good location, very close to Ado bus stop. Fast WiFi Clean and nice rooms. Central but quiet area. Nice kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, plates and cutlery.
