We liked everything about the accommodation.

Staff from front desk to Eric the porter to maintenance and housekeeping were great. Quick response to some issues eg plumbing issue and a burst pipe. Nice apartment. Gd location.

“Great Location and Comfortable Stay”

We stayed at Maya Villa Condo Hotel for 9 days together with a few other families, and overall we had a very good experience. The rooms were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated having a private hot tub in the room, which was a nice addition. The location is a major advantage. The hotel is in a great area of Playa del Carmen, very close to Quinta Avenida and within short walking distance to the beach. For those for whom it’s relevant, it’s also about a 13-minute walk to Chabad Playa del Carmen. Aside from the issues mentioned below, everything else about our stay was very good, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

“Great place for a family in a quiet street in Playa del Carmen”

The apartment, which was more like a small house as over 2 floors with a roof terrace above these, was in an excellent location. Really close to the town, 5th Avenue which is the lively area, but without the noise from there and close to the beach. The Asi Restaurant, which is the place's favoured restaurant, is in a lovely spot by the sea from where the fishermen go, and you can book a trip to go fishing with them if thats your thing. years away. Parking is easy as in the basement and free and if the car park is full, you can park on the street so that fine. We have access to access to a huge gym, The Gym which is 100 yards away and we used twice. Great apartment,great facilities, very big, and in a great location.

“Very good”

The installations are good and comfortable. The pool, even if its small, is nice and calm, most of the time is empty. We rented the penthouse that on the roof you have an enormous terrace for yourself with jacuzzi. The apparemment was big and spacious with good sound proofing. Free parking and close to Quinta Avenida and beach. Overall we had a pleasant stay

“Affordable comfortable accommodation in downtown Playa del Carmen.”

This place is ideal if you want a self catering apartment located in the town centre rather than an all inclusive resort. The reception is located at a nearby hotel - El Taj. No onsite restaurant. Many restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Quiet at night. The beach is a 10 minute walk away - we availed of a private beach club.

The flats are big, clean, centrally located and well equipped even for a long stay with a big group. There is parking in the building and a pool in the common areas.

Great location, a 2 minute walk to 5th Avenue but still quiet with little to no noise from the surrounding night clubs. The suite my partner and I stayed in was incredibly spacious with clean facilities. The bed was massive and had a great sleeps every night. Pool and courtyard surrounds are tranquil.

Nice condo and nice location. Nice with the water fountain in the kitchen.

The pool is beautiful, the building is clean and secure. Parking is available, and the rental is ideally located, just a short walk from the city center.

“Just perfect”

It was just gorgeous! So comfortable, well laid out and super clean the maids were brilliant and all the staff were so friendly. We wanted solidarity and weren’t bothered but they were always there in an instant when we needed. The location couldn’t be more perfect either. Just brilliant would 1000% go back! Supermarket was a 10 minute walk also

The hotel is fabulous 😍 It feels very private. Our appartment was huge and very well equipped (even iron and lot of hangers for clothing). Location is spot on. It's just next to the busy Quinta Avenida but we didn't hear any noises. We absolutely loved it and will come back for 100% ❤

Lovely attractive place, we went for the condo/jacuzzi option. Large area and bedrooms overall very pleased with the property. Just a couple minutes walk to 5th Avenue.
