“Great location, gorgeous boutique hotel, quieter area away from the trash of 5th Avenue”
Boutique hotel was an oasis, very quite, covered in plants, three isolated pools. rooms were adequate, a couple of minor issues that were sorted out quickly - would definitely recommend. Located in a quieter area of playa del carmen away from the noise and trashy bars/clubs. some lovely restaurants near the hotel too - piknik, pacifico.

“Very convenient spot to live the city”
The hotel is super nice! It has an cool pool with a garden and a parking garage for the car that has been absolutely convenient. The breakfast is very nice. The position is perfect and the bed is pretty big. The room is silent and smells good when you enter.

Perfect location. 2 minutes from the ADO bus station, 55 minutes to the Cancun airport, and 2 minutes to the centre of the town. Nice environment, pools, and garden. Friendly stuff. Great value for money.

Excellent support from staff. Wi-fi was not good on my first night and staff arranged for another room. Also helped arranging transport. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

“Don’t go if it’s Carnival unless you like loud noise”
Three pools including a roof one with plenty of sun beds. Central location easy walk from bus and ferry station with choice of restaurants. Breakfast next door. Free water and tea and coffee in the lobby.
