Public areas in the building were excellent. Apartment was very spacious. clean and comfortable. Facitities in the Apartment were excellent. Roof top pool area also exceeded expectations.

“Great location, quiet apartment and excellent communication with the host”
Great location! Everything is close by and the apartment is very well equipped. There is a 7-Eleven right next to the building and a Chedraui supermarket about 300 meters away. The washing machine was a big plus, and the apartment was very dry (not humid like many places in this area), which was perfect because we could wash our clothes and they actually dried properly. The place was also very quiet. Our biggest “problem” was that we had to turn off the air conditioning in the bedroom once because it woke us up 😄 — but that’s not really a negative. The rooftop pools are connected with the neighboring buildings, so there are plenty of sunbeds and we could always find a free one. We would also like to mention that there is security at night and controlled access to the complex, so not just anyone can enter, neither during the day nor at night. The host communicated extremely well — usually replying within minutes. Excellent experience overall.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ipana Apartments. The apartment was modern and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the rooms comfortably cool, even during very hot days. It was also well equipped with a washing machine and a fully functional kitchen, which made our stay much easier. The pool area (which is really nice) and the gym were both clean and there were not too many people at once (there are in total 4 rooftop pools). There is a rooftop bar and also opportunity to get massage (we did not try this). The location is excellent — safe and central, with short walking distance to both 5th Avenue and the beach. The internet connection worked well throughout our stay, which was very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay, combining comfort, convenience, and a perfect location. We would definitely recommend Ipana Apartments.

This is a modern and comfortable apartment with everything you need for both short and longer stays. The combination of cleanliness, facilities, comfort, safety, and location makes it highly recommendable. Excellent value for money, and we would gladly stay here again. Cleanliness: Both the building and apartment were spotless, bright, and modern. Facilities: The gym is fully equipped, and there are four rooftop pools with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Wi-Fi works well throughout the building, and you never have to wait for the elevators. Apartment equipment: Well-equipped with a washing machine, blender, and everything needed to prepare simple meals. Balcony: Spacious balcony with chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing. Comfort: Beds were comfortable, there was always plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the shower, and both the air conditioning and fans worked perfectly. Location & access: Great location — only about a 10-minute walk to 5th Avenue and the beach. Easy access to the apartment with clear instructions provided beforehand. Safety: The building feels very safe. It is locked, and you need an access card to enter. During the day, there is staff in the reception, while at night entry is only possible with the access card. The surrounding area also felt secure. Service: Excellent service from the contact person, Ana — quick responses, informative, and very service-minded.
