The resort looks modern and well maintained. Everything feels high quality. The room was amazing, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a really good experience and definitely worth the money. I would stay here again.

“Wonderful beach stay”

The property is beautiful - views from the room were great. Service is excellent, great range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at the bars. Staff happy to make something off menu. Activities were great fun and I like that they were included. In particular use of the tennis courts and the Macarame class were favourites. Make sure you reserve your place in advance! Lola’s beach restaurant was our favourite. Beach was beautiful, some seaweed but it was being cleared up daily- it’s part of the nature of the beach. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range to choose from.

The staff are exceptionally friendly. No matter what you ask your need. The food was great. The Sushi exceptionally good (let's not forget we are in Mexico) Rooms are very comfy and a good size. All Restaurants and even the coffee shop are included.

The hotel was clean and nicely designed. Lovely beach and access to the cenote just a few km away. Some staff were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely lovely staff, very polite and welcoming. The pool and beach were great and a good selection of drinks, food was good for an all inclusive. The pool area was very nice and relaxing as was the beach. All the staff made our trip amazing.

Spacious hotel with a large pool, swim up bar and pool activities (basketball hoops, volleyball net etc.) Good quality food and drinks especially in the Asian restaurant and pool/ beach restaurant Bedroom was large and comfortable with all amenities needed

Brilliant staff, service and a beautiful hotel. Rooms were very big and comfortable. Plenty of choice whilst still maintaining a sense of privacy and not being too overcrowded.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the rain shower was very nice. The breakfast buffet was good and had many options each day. Also the mexican feria in the evening was very nice and had good food. The pool design is also very well thought out. The teppanyaki at Tempest was fun.

We loved everything about the resort! We were very amazed at how friendly and open everyone was. We loved the smaller size and the food was amazing! We loved not having to show a band or prove who we were and everyone was always so helpful. The room with the swim up pool was out of this world!

The property was really nice and modern with a Grand effect, it was right on the beach and the food was very nice.
