“Cheap hotel in a great location”

Perfect location, close to ADO bus station (Playa del Carmen Alterna) and Cocobongo club. Just a 10-minutes walk from the 5th Avenue. The room was basically an apartment, with a kitchen space. Very spacious and quiet, as the bedroom was overlooking the swimming pool. Staff was ready to help when needed.

Spacious, clean room. Relatively quiet. Large bathroom, lot of space to your toiletries and magnifying mirror. Shampoo was provided. Big shower with hot water. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Pool looked nice, did not try though. Excellent location next to ADO Alterna. Lovely cafe around the corner to have healthy breakfast. Wi-Fi was fast. Good a/c and fan. Fridge. Elevator.

Great location if you are travelling by ADO buses - right across the road from the terminal. Walking distance to the beach, Quinta avenida, several restaurants, Walmart, and another big supermarket. Gd taco stall right across the road for cheap eats. Very friendly staff who mostly spoke gd English or we managed with Google translate. Great cafe next door that does fabulous breakfasts and healthy drinks etc. Open 8.30 ‐ 2pm. The pool felt chilly when I first arrived, but a few days later, it was warm enough for me to go in - I hate cold water! The room was huge and very clean but the sofa bed and curtains etc were very old and tired. Small fridge was useful to keep drinks cold and there is a free water station down in the reception area. Also, coffee, but I didn't use that as I don't drink coffee. It's not the cheapest place to stay but a bit of luxury for me after backpacking around Belize for 3 weeks. Very quiet at night and not much noise from neighbouring rooms either.

We have enjoyed the standard apartment with the amenities. The staff are friendly and excellent. The location is good, close to the grocery store and very central, beach, 5th Ave.

The standard apartment is a great size, with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Ground floor access. The staff was excellent and provided excellent service. Location is central.

The double occupancy room was very spacious, open and clean. The bathroom was good size with enough space.

Excellent location across the road from ADO bus station where we caught a bus the next day. Very nice clean swimming pool where we cooled off after a long day travelling. Great that there's a lift so no need to carry bags up to the second floor where we stayed. Spacious room for the 3 of us with two large beds. Quiet location and aircon worked well so we would have slept well if son hadn't woken us at 2 a.m. Free morning coffee in the lobby was much appreciated. Nearby supermarkets to buy supplies for bus trip.

“Good value hotel in a decent location”

Good location right next to the bus station. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and AC was powerful. We just needed a place to crash between travel and this was perfect.
