We really enjoyed our stay. Staff is super friendly. Please let me highlight the gentleman guarding the main entrance, he always welcomed us so warmly and gave us the biggest smiles. Beds were very comfortable for us, air conditioner perfectly working. There was also a fridge in the room, very useful. Our window looked at the street, it was not noisy at all. There is also a construction going on in the hotel recently, it was not too loud either. Location of the hotel is very good, not far from the beach or pedestrian zone. We once had a small cockroach in the room, but we have seen some in the neighbourhood, they just simply like this climate, its not because of cleaning was not properly made, i recommend other guests to keep the bathroom door closed for the night. The hotel has a very good price-value ratio, highly recommended

“Nice location but not very quiet”
The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had a locker. Free hot and cold water at the reception. Very nice central location. We had an issue during our stay with the neighbours and the staff was very helpful.

“Ok, nice pool”
Good value for Playa, though still twice the price of similar properties elsewhere in the region. The pool area is attractive, as in the photo. It's very close to both bus stations and not far from the beach. The cafe next door where they serve breakfast is excellent and there's a great little bar/restaurant on the edge of the park just a couple of blocks away.
