“Amazing hotel, nice amenities and very nice and helpful staff”
Kingsize bed, bigscreen tv, shower is always hot. Relatively quiet neighborhood, right next to an oxxo. Across the road there is the Centro Maya where you can get everything you need.

“Amazing hotel for your money.”
Big screen tv, nice bed, hot showers throughout the day. Close to Centro Maya and a Oxxo. Easy to get to the city center, you can even walk if you like it’s like 15 minutes.

“Good option if you don't need walking distance to the beach and Quinta Avenida”
The property is new or freshly renovated, everything is new. The size of the room and bathroom is decent. Good location if you have a car - close to the main highway and a huge shopping mall with great supermarket is across the road. Great place to eat local food is a few minutes away. Good value for money.

“Okay for a short stay”
This hotel is a modern hotel but it is very bland. There was no art work in rooms. It did have a small pool and a few loungers and the patio did have some sun. There is a large shopping centre across the road with a few cafe which I used as it was a 40 minute walk into main shopping/restaurant area of Puerto del Carmen.

Our car got parts stolen on their parking lot. Talking with other people, it happened many times at the same spot already and it feels suspicious.

“Ok hotel for 1-2 nights”
It is a very nice and modern hotel that has super clean, modern and spacious rooms with a/c. Just opposite the hotel is a big shopping mall with several stores and next to it an independent cafeteria/pasteleria and taqueria.

“Comfy and clean room for your money!”
Comfortable room, shopping possibilities are few meters. Parking in front of the hotel is free. It is not a luxury hotel but well worth the money they asking for it! The small pool is also positive!
