“Great location value hotel”
Rooms comfortable. Beds fine, air conditioning excellent. Rooftop bar was really welcoming. Two swimming pools that were never that busy. Staff were always helpful. Close to supermarkets and ghe bus station for Cancun airport, Tulum etc. Safe in the room

Hotel maintenance occurring during busy daytime check in-out times genuinely created a dangerous customer experience: power cables were left trailing on the floor of reception (trip hazard), bleach was being scrubbed on the bare concrete floors of the lobby with no alternative guest pedestrian access to reception causing health & safety concerns gor those patrons wearing open toed footwear.

“Pleasant but room for improvement.”
Loved that there was a restaurant and a cafe on site. Guests get 10% off at the restaurant but you have to ask for it.

“Great quiet location for Playa Del Carmen”
Location is great for walking everywhere. Super quiet . My room was clean and comfortable. There was a coffee shop on site and parking if needed . WiFi worked well and hot water .

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is basic, but comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Soundproofing is adequate. On the rooftop, there is a swimming pool with chairs and a restaurant, which adds to the comfort of the stay. The location is great for me—away from the main tourist areas, giving a more local feel, yet still close to the ADO bus station.

“Great place to stay in Playa.”
Great central location in Playa del Carmen - close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We booked the family room and had two separate rooms and bathrooms. The rooftop pool and lounge area is really nice. Had a great breakfast at the restaurant. Fran at the bakery was really friendly and nice and we enjoyed a delicious lemon tart and banana bread. My brother had a meeting the last day and the front desk host was really helpful to him to get the wifi he needed!

“Lovely hotel great price!”
I Went from Playa Del Carmen to Guatemala and this was my favorite hotel that i stayed in during my travels. The room was lovely and so were the facilities. The staff members were also really nice and would go above and beyond for you. Cant really argue with the hotel for the price.
