I especially highlight Antônio, who was extremely kind, polite, and clearly very well-prepared, he speaks several languages ​​and demonstrates a level of intelligence and professionalism above average. It's surprising he isn't in an even higher position within the resort. In other areas, we were very well attended to, especially at the Asian restaurant, where they made a very sweet surprise for my pregnant wife. Gastronomy: The food exceeded expectations. All the restaurants are very good, especially the steakhouse, the Italian, and the Mediterranean, excellent quality for an all-inclusive, which is not always common. I am quite demanding when it comes to food, and yet I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel Structure: The room is comfortable, well-structured, and the hotel appears to be new and well-maintained. The pool is one of the highlights, with a great view of the beach and a pleasant atmosphere. Spa: The spa environment is very pleasant, and the quality of the massages is excellent. Despite the high price, the experience itself is very good.

“Amazing, the best place in Playa”

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel, arguably the best in Playa. We stayed in one of the suites in the ‘bridge’ with spectacular views, the room is large, comfortable and clean. With multiple restaurants, pools, the private beach area, the lovely staff, it’s all you can wish for. I also had my birthday during my stay, and the staff surprised me with some nice decorations, treats and drinks in the room. Excellent location to stay, totally recommended.

The hotel is brand new and located in a great part of town, the facilities and hospitality is simply 1st class, we enjoyed every minute

The location of the hotel is perfect - between the sea and Quinta Avenida.. The hotel is huge, spread over a large area, beautiful, clean and well-kept. The staff is numerous, courteous and efficient. All the employees, without exception, try very hard to please and pamper the guests. The room is large, clean, comfortable and well-equipped, beautiful view of the sea. The beach is clean and tidy. There are enough beds and umbrellas. Breakfast is varied, rich and delicious. Restaurants are not gourmet, but at a pretty good level

“Luxury and kindness in abundance”

Everything - the interiors were beautiful. The rooms were amazing, the restaurants were well decorated and chic. The pools were well maintained and the beach area was lovely. Everything was spotless, the staff were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious from the Italian restaurant, the grill and the sushi restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious array. We especially loved the coffee shop - it was such a nice touch. Most importantly - we were blown away by the staff and how special they make you feel. Laura at breakfast, Juan pablo in the Italian restaurant, Abraham at concierge (who helped my partner propose to me!) Alejandro the bell boy. Andres and Melanie in the entertainment team - all of them were absolutely fantastic, but truthfully every member of staff we came across at this resort was exceptional. We got engaged during our stay at Live Devossion - so we will forever have such happy memories of our stay. Thanks so much to everyone there, we're already missing you!

The location was nice, right in front of the beach and nearby to downtown playa del carmen. The ac was strong and comfortable, the cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job in our rooms.

Great facilities, particularly the pool, beach access and the gym. Location was also great as it was central to 5th ave, so felt very safe.

We stayed at this hotel back in 2018, and the fond memories from that trip definitely influenced our expectations this time. The location is still just as perfect, and the staff remain attentive and helpful. Breakfasts were very good, and the food throughout the day was consistently enjoyable.

Amazing staff and great restaurant. Everyone is so friendly there. Manuel from the grill restaurant was amazing ! We were there for Anniversary and a birthday and they printed out cards in our room with good wishes ! I can't recommend this hotel enough! It was a great experience.
