“THEFT THEFT THEFT!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!”

We arrived early so the manager told us to leave our bags with him in the “reception area” 30 minutes later while having lunch my son noticed one of his credit cards had been used. 2 wallets were stolen from his bag & all 11 cards were attempted. We came to the “24” hour reception but guess what it was closed. The next day a lady found a different wallet in the street near Walmart & called my son as it had all his personal details in it too. This disgrace of a human couldn’t even throw it in the bin! We asked the security guy who sits on a bench opposite to help us call the police to the property, who called the manager & was nothing but rude & unhelpful. Read the reviews on trust pilot! Being robbed at this property is common!

Location was great. We stayed in the attic and got to see the streets from above. Very safe. Good staff. Very clean.

This is a wonderful hotel. We booked two apartments. One was the Attic, and the other was a two-bedroom on the second floor. Both apartments were really nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The terrace outside the Attic was spacious and gave us a good view over the street. The courtyard was inviting and full of plants. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very clean. We went during Carnaval and we were steps away from public concerts, and also within walking distance to Quinta Avenida and the ferry terminal. We would love to stay here again.

Our 1 bedroom place was large and comfortable. We had a small balcony that we enjoyed sitting on in the evenings to watch the goings on. The water pressure for the shower was great. Fabiola is an easy walk to 5th Ave., but far enough away that you don't feel the business of the area. The Walmart and ADO (bus station) are very close by. The pool area was lovely and serene. Nice place to relax after busy 5th ave. We stayed for 7 nights and only had 1 night when outside music was loud, this was due to a festival that was taking place in the park close by. The rooms were cleaned every second day and new towels were part of the cleaning. They supply beach towels but you need to ask.

“Good budget option”

Good value for money. This is a budget hotel and offers good value for the price, which is why I’ve stayed here before. Everything was fine for a short stay, but this time I was allocated a ground-floor room, which offered very little privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, which wasn’t ideal. That said, for the price paid it was acceptable, and I would still consider staying again if looking for a low-cost option.

Amazing location, right in town. About 5-10 min walk to the beach. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Felt very safe.

Stunning rooftop apartment with a kitchen and a hot tub. The pool downstairs is also nice. Good location close to the bus station and more local restaurants, and also to the ferry terminal.

“Wonderful Place”

The hotel looks so cosy and lovely. The ambiance is incredible. There’s lots of greenery, and you don’t hear too much noise from the street. The staff were kind and helpful. They gave us lots of advice about moving around Playa del Carmen and how to reach Cozumel Island. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We booked 10 nights but left the 4th day because several services listed on Booking were not available. Most important was wifi as we had to work while there and they kept saying it will be soon available for 4 day straight. When we asked for help, the receptionist didn’t know how to handle the situation. We requested to speak with the manager, but he refused to come and only replied through messages, in a very unprofessional way. We asked for a refund for the unused nights, but they refused. So we had to lose money while booking another hotel. Very disappointing and not as described. If you don’t want to ruin your vacation just choose another hotel.

Spacious rooms and the hotel is in a very good location as all essentials are close by. We selected this hotel as we were on day trips every day and didn’t intend to stay at the hotel or the local beach.
