The room was very spacious, though looked a bit dated. Staff on site was friendly. Nice pool area from what I could tell, though we weren’t able to use it.

The hotel is located in great area right on the beach, walking short distance to city center and the same time totally quiet at night! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, supporting in great professional way. Our apartment was absolutely amazing, spacious, nicely decorated, with great ocean view! Loved it!!😊

Great apartment with all amenities, including a washing machine. Great to have a watercooler/dispenser in the apartment. Restaurant at the beach is good.

Excellent location 2 minute walk from all the shops & restaurants. We stayed in a beautiful clean & spacious 3 bedroom condo overlooking the ocean. Very well equipped kitchen & the beds were large & super comfortable.

We loved the fact that it are apartments instead of a hotel room, directly next to the sea. The apartment felt spacious and everything worked perfectly. We loved the fact that our apartment was close to the pool and the restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Room was great - large - good aircon, comfy large bed, good internet.Location very central but not overly noisy The overall look is beautiful but we travelled in Feb and the weather was cool. The pools are almost always in shade and the beach area is too small so getting any sunshine meant travelling to one of the local beaches.

“Should be better for the price”

Good location, but a little run down. I bought a pineapple, spent some time cutting it up, and it was spoiled the next day because the fridge wasn’t working properly. We set it on the coldest setting. Hot tub had a valve missing, so was very loud. Asking twice for it to be fixed, no result. The water dispenser tank was too hard for me to replace myself, but staff never came, so I had to take it downstairs myself. We got 1 bag of coffee for 11 night stay. Finally got a second bag after asking 4 times. Heard one of the cleaning staff mocking me. So could have definitely been better.

“Perfect stay at Playa del Carmen”

Such a great laid back hotel! The tropical trees in the middle of the hotel makes each balcony very private. Great bathrooms, very good kitchenette, spacious rooms. You’re very central but the street is very quiet, no trouble sleeping.
