Sebastien was a great host who provided helpful tips about the area and let me stay past checkout time because I had a late afternoon flight. The property was very clean. I also liked the pool which is great for if you want to cool down in the afternoon.

Lovely big apartment, aircon worked well and shower was excellent. My daughter loved the pool and the cat.

The swimming pool looked great although we didn't get a chance to enjoy it on our busy schedule.

In a quiet neighborhood with a local atmosphere, with convenient parking. Still within walking distance to the beach and the center. Large apartment, possibility to refresh yourself in the pool. very good value for money.

Sebastien was a very nice host and did his best to accommodate us.

Accommodation was better like Hotel. Very clean and owner gave us all information. Highly recommend. Swimmingpool is such a lovely and Clean.

Staff was the highlight. Sebastien was super helpful and a delight to be around. If you like cats, or even if you don't, Lu the property cat is sure to get to smile. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quite large and the kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals. The location is quiet at night and near the "collectivos".

The property is about a 20 minute walk from the beach, ferry terminal to Cozumel and the ADO bus station, the room had good A/C which we needed at night, the pool is clean and safe, there are sun lounges and chairs. The host Sebastian is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, the room had a comfortable bed, warm shower and reasonable cooking facilities including microwave and 2 burner gas stove. We felt safe in the local area including at night, it is a quiet “ local vibe area” If you want 5 star accommodation this isn’t for you but if you want very good, reasonably priced accommodation, this is perfect, it’s well away from the noisy at night areas, there is a well stocked Mexican supermarket within a 10 minute walk, and this is next to the Collectivo mini bus depot where you can go cheaply to Tulum and places on the way. Taxi to the beach and bus station if you don’t like walking is approximately $150 Mexican pesos (10 USD)

Sebastian was the perfect host, provided lots if info on places to eat, got us a taxi and even gave us beers on the first night when we couldn’t buy them. The accommodation was great with enough facilities to self cater. The pool area was lovely very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay, the owner is very helpful, with lots of tips and advice. Located in a safe residential area, 20 minutes walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants close by.

The place is an Oasis in a quiet residential area in Playa del Carmen, walking distance to Supermarkets, Belleville (a French bakery) and other locations. The owner Sebastien is very service-minded, when we did not have coal for the grill on New Years Eve he went with his Scooter and bought some. He also gave us many tips what to do, not only in Playa del Carmen but also in other parts of Mexico and where to buy what. Try the baguette and almond croissants from nearby Belleville, also one of many good recommendations from Sebastien.

Sebastian was very kind. It was a perfekt stop for the first few days.

Nice quiet area, about 20 25 min walk to playa 15 min to the grocery store. There is a small store right around the corner. The host Sebastion is very nice and helpful. Good security the pool is nice, I like to cook and I had everything I needed for that.If you really like to explore probably get a scooter, car or you can use the collectives ( CHEAP) or more expensive cab... 105 pesos to get to 5th ave..... I will return to this place!

A nice place to stay to avoid the busy center but still be in a nice location where mostly locals live. Sebastien gave lots of tips around the area. Him and his wife are very friendly and helpful, this place is definitely worth the money 👍 Did not use the pool but it looked nice and clean, should be good for children as well.
