Everything, great apartment, close to main Ave nue 5,Ado station, beach all 5 min walk, most important great host(what ever you need here is there for you.

“Excellent”

Ivan and Diego were so nice and supportive. We really enjoyed staying here. The apartman was clean in the center there is a little garden where you can sit out to the table and have your breakfast etc. 5 min walk from ferry station,ADO bus station and 2 minutes from 5th Avenida. Multiple shops and restaurants around,their Romeo Italian restaurant is also great. Walmart like 7 minutes walk. We defenetly want to come back:)

Nice room, well furnished with great location. All the staff is very nice and professional, and do the best to make your stay a pleasant one! Cherry on the cake, the restaurant is very good.

“Great location lovely staff”

The team at the hotel and attached restaurant were all lovely and very helpful. Apartment is well set up for a few days stay. Excellent location with a fabulous coffee shop and a great local taco place within metres of the door, and close to the main drag.

Ivan and the team from Romeo were very nice and super helpful.

It’s quite central and easy to access. It opens up into a small patio where all the other rooms are facing too.

“Comfortable”

Our room was very nice and well equiped. They had four rooms i a small nice yard, behind the Restaurant Romeo. The entrance was hard to find, but is located between the two parts of the restaurant. (The food we had there was also vey good). The room was surprisingly quiet, considering the very central location. But of course you sometimes hear some music from bars and restaurants.

location was good but the MUSIC from the nearby bar is extremely deafening on friday and saturday nights. after the rain there were worms but they were removed from the property. it's slightly expensive for what you get, but that is playa del carmen prices i guess. otherwise, everything was fine.

THE PERFECT CHOICE in Playa del carmen! The apartment is close to the beach , to the bus station and to the 5th av! It is nice, clean, comfortable! Ivan is the BEST, friendly, helpful, flexible host we have ever had! :) we felt safe during our stay thanks to him! Also, there is a good Italian restaurant next to the apartment ( Romeo )

“Great people, comfortable, everything you need, and safe!”

The owners are wonderful. Their restaurant is one of the best in Playa. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to cook, great shower with hot water:) They location is perfect!

Ivan, the host, is very friendly and helpful. Readily available by WhatsApp. Located behind an Italian restaurant which makes it quite secure. 10% discount in the restaurant too and the food is very nice. Room has a hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, delph and cutlery. Windows have screens for bugs. A two minute walk to 5th avenue and less than ten minutes to the beach. Beach towels also provided which was much appreciated.

Great little place right next to the beach. The place is tiny with like 4 or 5 rooms, each of them has its own wifi network and small kitchen with all needed amenities. The location is prime but still really quiet.

Vey warm welcome by Ivan from the restaurant behind which you find this apartment. Everything you need is there and given that the apartment is located close to the busy main tourist street at the beach we heard almost no noise at night. We changed our plans to stay a few nights longer which was arranged without any problems. Thanks again!

“Super Nice”

The studios/apartments are located inside one of Playa Del Carmen's best Italian restaurants, ideally situated 1 min walk from La Quinta, 5 min from the ADO buses and 10 min from the ferry to Cozumel. The accomodations are brand new and very well secured. Marco and Yvan are very attentive, responsive and super-friendly. The studio is comfortable, the bedding is good, the wi-fi works very well, the kitchen area is complete with cooking hobs and all the necessary utensils, the fridge is large and doesn't make any noise. The bathroom is well laid out, and the shower has a very good hot and cold water pressure. There's a large communal patio full of greenery which allows the different tenants to meet each other, and makes for great encounters. If you're feeling hungry, you can always go to the restaurant to eat in or take your pizza home with you. I had a pleasant stay with Marco and Yvan, and I'd like to thank them for making my vacation in Playa Del Carmen such a success. I'll be back for sure.
