“Nice location in a beach town with a view”
Very good location and town. It’s a calm beach town but you have places open till 22-23 with nice food and drinks. It was enjoyable. Also it was close to Los Gigantes, Playa del Duque and other main beaches. Very close to the main road basically 2 min by car. The apartment is in a nice building, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! And we really liked the little balcony, especially in the evening it was an amazing view of the sky and sea. You also can do your laundry on the rooftop there is a room with the washing machine. And the rooftop is also a very nice place to see the sunset. We always found parking too there.

we killed 5 big cockroaches ! Also both air conditioners emit a terrible smell when operating.

Excellent 'price vs. quality' apartment in very nice&quiet neighborhood in Playa San Juan. Just perfect if you're looking for place to stay to explore Tenerife island.

We were staying here for one week. It is a supermarket near the apartment and not far from a quay for a nice walk. In 15 m by car there is a beautiful beach with free parking. You can also visit Los Gigantes, Los Christianos and Teide, all are not far away from this apartment. I do recommend this place for your trip.

“Very good overall I completely recommend this appartement :)”
Very clean and beautiful appartement. Supermarket and beach situated very close (5mins by walk) . Beautiful view from the balcony where you can see the sea it’s very nice to eat there and admire the view. Very quiet at night. Raùl is a very good host , he made sure we had everything we needed and was always very understanding .

Raúl is very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Nice and clean apartment. Close to the seafront. 15-20 min walk from the beach. Close to restaurants. Lovely sunsets and lovely weather on this part of the island.
