“Worth it!!”
Good location, close to the beach, lovely balcony, parking available (although garage was super small and hard to park), two bathrooms, many great restaurants and stores in close vicinity, nice beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. We didn’t miss anything — everything was just as it should be. We would happily stay here again!

“Spacious, bright apartments near the beach”
Great place, very close to the black sand beach. Very convenient with two separate bathrooms. Spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed mattresses. Very pleasant and friendly host. A pleasant welcome surprise – sparkling vine 🍾 Includes a private parking space. The terrace faces the main street, but it didn’t bother us.

“Great apartment, great location, large and roomy”
The apartment is lovely, large and modern, large balcony, on a main road, but not really noisy at the important times. Beach towels provided, nice Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Good supermarket and other shops within a few minutes walk. Plenty of good restaurants. Nice sheltered beach 3 minutes walk away. Safe, private underground car park.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable and really well equipped. The host was friendly and accommodating, we were allowed to check in early and she was really helpful when we locked ourselves out on leaving day (thank you Tatyana). The bottles of water and wine on arrival were a nice touch and much appreciated. Playa de San Juan is quiet and relaxing but there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance of the apartment. We had a lovely meal at Aqua Y Sal on the seafront and would definitely recommend a visit there.

“Exceptional”
The perfect location, an ocean is around the corner, a safe place, and memorable views. Calm, relaxing, beautiful place! I highly recommend it for a romantic holiday. The apartment is super clean, a lot of space, a balcony to chill. There are also shops and a bus stop for trips to Los Amerikas, the airport, and other destinations. It's so convenient! The host is very friendly and helpful.

Superb quiet traditional Spanish location and not the hustle/bustle of the built up tourist areas such as Los Cristianos. Lots of small restaurants located very nearby; local bus transport just a 2 minute walk away together with an excellent grocery store near the bus stop. Apartment was very clean and tidy with an excellent outside covered balcony.
